Fantastic location, wonderful host. The house has tons of personality and Davi was great to communicate with. If you're not good with steep stairs, you might want to look elsewhere...not an issue for us, just flagging. Thanks Davi!

Love the art, both outside and inside the house. Beautiful murals and curated art collection. Love the energy & the views. I like the area nearby, fun spots within walking distance. Hosts were friendly, fun, and informative. Only problem was water became cold quickly with the number of guests (4) & maybe some new towels are needed. Recommend bringing your own towel. Love they have laundry units to use to wash your clothes. The rooms are cozy and so cute. The courtyard is locked up and safe. Overall such a good time. Thank you .

This is a funky and spacious 3 story apartment with a gated courtyard, lovingly and uniquely decorated. There was ample space for our family of four. Each of our teenagers had their own loft on the second floor, and we had the top floor and bathroom to ourselves, with a balcony full of plants and a tiled fountain. Davi was always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this space for families with older kids, or groups traveling together. It may not be the best for anyone with mobility issues as the top floor is accessed by a steep flight of stairs. This was not a problem for us, especially because there are spacious bathrooms on the second and third floors to use at night. This is a great neighborhood and space to stay in if you’re visiting Mexico City. Safe travels!

The photographs shown in the Vrbo listing were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property when we arrived.CHECK-IN PROBLEMS-We contacted the host through the Vrbo app but received no response.The keys were not in the lockbox as instructed. We had to contact him a second time, and after an additional wait, he sent someone to bring us the key.IMPACT ON OUR STAY-This was supposed to be a milestone birthday trip for four guests. Instead, a significant portion of our stay was affected by conditions that were not disclosed or accurately represented in the listing.We experienced:- T- the water temperature cannot/imposable to adjusted in the showers.wo separate mornings with standing water/flooding.- Loss of normal use and enjoyment of portions of the property.- Significant time spent dealing with the flooding and attempting to communicate with the host.- An unresolved water/plumbing/irrigation/cistern problem.- Unsanitary conditions, including cockroaches and dirty bedding.- Soiled furniture that we could not reasonably use.- Broken fixtures and a potentially hazardous sharp-edged bathroom fixture.- Delays and difficulties during check-in.- Lack of adequate communication and assistance from the host.- A property whose actual condition was substantially different from the photographs and presentation on Vrbo.THE HOST HAD POOR COMMUNICATION; NO URGENCY TO ADDRESS CONCERNS AND CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS.

Davi and Carmen are the best hosts you could ask for. Davi guided us through preparing for our stay and our trip for many months before we arrived. Carmen was responsive to any questions we had during our trip. We enjoyed sitting in the beautiful living room downstairs and outside in the private patio area shared by a few neighbors. The master bedroom received noise well into the night from local bars, reminding us that we were in the heart of a huge city. Earplugs solved that. Everything we needed was in walking distance and we would definitely stay with Davi and Carmen again.

Excellent place, excellent host. The loft beds and narrow third floor stairway are the only things I would say you may need to be careful of if those types of things might bother you. If not, I highly recommend and can't wait to come back. Excellent neighborhood.
