**Please note that the outdoor pool and hot tub at Eden Condominiums will be closed during November 2025 for installation of new pavers and scheduled pool maintenance. Beach access will remain available.
Additionally, the entrances to the lower lobby will be closed from October 20 – 25, 2025 for floor recovering.

Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. We recommend reaching out to the property in advance to make sure it will be permitted based on how far in advance you booked. If requesting registration too close to arrival you may not be eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).
