Description of EACH area is as follows:

Main Level: Open-concept deluxe kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The living room has a comfortable sofa and loveseat with additional console table seating for viewing the 65” Roku TV. The dining table expands to seat 8, with additional bar and console table seating.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, drip and Keurig coffee maker, as well as plates, cups, silverware (including kids place settings), full knife set, toaster, spice rack, blender, cooking basics. Island with a farmhouse sink and dishwasher offers seating for 6 and ample counter space for meal preparation and serving.

Game Room: Need a break from the sand and sun? The game room on the upper level will be the favorite hangout for kids of all ages (and those who are kids at heart) with a 55” Roku TV, a sofa with pull-out footrest, a Ms.Pac-Man head-to-head multicade, Mortal Kombat 2 standing arcade, magnetic wall games (chess, checkers, backgammon, tic-tac-toe), a 10-in-1 foosball table (w/Hockey, Foosball, Pool, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Chess, Cards, Checkers, Bowling, and Backgammon). Check out the game closet for a selection of board games, puzzles and books, and a folding card table with 4 chairs. Direct access to upper level deck.

Bedroom 1: (Main level) King Bed with 43” Roku TV, ceiling fan, accent-lighted tray ceiling, dresser and walk-in closet for storage. This room features an en-suite master bath with quartz counters, double sinks and a deluxe shower with rain shower and handheld shower heads.

Bedroom 2: (Upper level) King Bed with 32" Roku TV, direct deck access, ceiling fan, accent-lighted tray ceiling, dresser and closet for storage. This room features a connecting bath with tub/shower combo and a water closet.

Bedroom 3: (Upper level) Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, 1 twin bed with with 32" Roku TV and ceiling fan. Each bunk has its own light and outlet.

Bedroom 4: (Upper level) Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, 1 twin bed with with 32" Roku TV and ceiling fan. Each bunk has its own light and outlet.

Downstairs: Tiki bar with seating, 8-foot picnic table, swing chairs and outdoor shower. Patio area next to canal with grill/smoker, fire pit, and four Adirondack chairs. Outdoor ladder toss game, cornhole, giant jenga, giant connect four.

Main level deck: Rocking chair and side table. Sit here with your coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach. Bar-height table with four chairs for outdoor dining.

Upper-level deck: Adirondack chairs and a hammock. Views of the ocean from several angles. Direct access from game room and from upper-level king bed room.
