The Space:

This thoughtfully reimagined waterfront home has recently undergone an extensive renovation, with new enhancements continuing to elevate the experience. Enjoy no additional linen fees and lightning‑fast Starlink Wi‑Fi, perfect for seamless streaming or remote work.



From the moment you arrive, the view sets the tone. Every room offers water views, with the home perched directly on the waterfront along a navigable canal leading to Chincoteague Bay. Bring your boat or jet ski and step effortlessly from backyard to water.



Two levels of wraparound decks invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take it all in. Morning fog drifts across the bay, evenings glow with unforgettable sunsets, and the world feels beautifully far away.



The home’s rare circular architecture creates a sense of balance, flow, and calm. Industrial details blend with minimalist, modern design to form a space that feels both artistic and deeply grounding.



On the lower level, you’ll find a cozy den with a queen pull‑out sofa, three queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom features its own artistic theme, custom closet systems, bedside USB charging, and a tranquil seating nook designed for quiet moments. Every bed faces the water, making mornings feel slow and intentional.



Up the spiral staircase, the home opens into a breathtaking, open‑concept living space where the bay becomes the backdrop. A cozy TV lounge, expansive circular seating area, and multiple dining options create an ideal setting for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners, and a second full bathroom adds comfort and convenience on this level.



Outside, the experience continues. Multiple seating areas line the decks and yard, from outdoor couches and Adirondack chairs to a stunning pergola with lounge and dining space. At the center of it all is a one‑of‑a‑kind metal chiminea that functions as a fire pit, smoker, wood‑fired grill, and pizza oven. Pick up firewood locally and turn evenings into memories.



For days on the water, enjoy three kayaks, multiple floating tubes, beach towels, beach chairs, and two beach cruiser bikes for relaxed rides along the bay.

Guest Access:

Arrival is seamless with keyless entry. Your private access code will be provided prior to check‑in so you can arrive and settle in with ease. The spacious driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles and can comfortably accommodate boats or campers, making it easy to bring everything you need for time on the water.



Captain’s Cove is a private, well‑maintained community, and a few simple guidelines help preserve its peaceful atmosphere. Quiet hours are enforced, and arrivals or departures after 10:00 PM are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is six guests. The HOA requires advance guest registration.



Community amenities are close and convenient. The clubhouse, pool, golf course, and tennis courts are all less than a mile away at 3323 Dock Court. The resort amenity fee is $15 per day, per guest, with discounted weekly options available.



The Neighborhood:

Captain’s Cove Golf & Yacht Club is a private waterfront community on the west shore of Chincoteague Bay, right at the Maryland border. It’s the perfect setting for kayaking quiet creeks, fishing the bay, or venturing out to the Atlantic for offshore adventures.



This community offers something for everyone:

• Dining: Enjoy upscale pub fare at the Marina Club Restaurant or grab breakfast and lunch “to-go” at the Town Center Grille.

Getting Around:

A car is essential to reach Captain’s Cove and explore the surrounding area. Once you arrive, the neighborhood is wonderfully walkable—perfect for strolling to the clubhouse, pools, or along scenic nature trails by the bay.



Keep in mind, this is a peaceful and remote escape. Services, restaurants, and shops are about 20 minutes away, so plan ahead and stock up before you arrive for a stress-free stay.



Other Things to Note:

Stay effortlessly connected with lightning‑fast Starlink Wi‑Fi, ideal for remote work, video calls, and streaming without interruption. Cable TV is not provided, but Smart TVs make it easy to sign in to your favorite streaming services and settle in for relaxed evenings.
