Don’t worry, there is plenty of shade to cool off on hot summer days. An oversized deck off the back of the home invites you to grill up some burgers or fresh, local caught fish on the Weber gas grill. Enjoy dinner outside on the new outdoor table overlooking the pool below. After dinner, enjoy your drinks around the fire pit where the children can make smores! The vast yard has plenty of comfortable seating, a fire pit & a volleyball net for an early afternoon game in the grass.



Inside the home, an open floor plan flows from the kitchen to a spacious, vaulted ceiling living room perfect for catching up on the day's events. While inside, ductless mini-splits will keep your family nice & cool during humid Cape Cod days. Seating for 8 at the dining table, with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen counter, allows for the whole family to gather together for a meal. There is a fully equipped kitchen with shiny updated appliances, utensils, pots/pans & and a dishwasher. This kitchen a dream for the chef in your family! Not in the mood to cook? Several of the best Outer Cape restaurants are a few minutes away. Red Barn Pizza, Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar & Hog Island Surf lodge offer amazing eats for even the pickiest eater in your group. Already enjoyed a night at the drive-in? Enjoying a nice, relaxing evening at home is the next best way to do popcorn & a movie! Two sitting rooms on the lower level of the home, both with large screen TV’s, provide comfy seating to relax in after a day at the beach or to binge watch your favorite show. An oversized sectional in the basement provides additional room for sleeping with a full size pull-out bed. In the mood for a cocktail? A bar in the basement with bar stools for 2, is the perfect spot. Ground level access to the pool outside makes it a breeze to go from reading a book inside curled up on the couch to making a splash outside in the pool. The full bathroom in the basement with a standup shower makes rinsing off from the pool effortless. Wet towels & bathing suits can go right into the washer & dryer on the basement level of the home.



On the main floor, one bedroom has beautiful, dark flooring & offers sleeping for two in a queen size bed.  A 

twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a twin trundle in the second bedroom is the perfect spot for the kids. The home boasts three full bathrooms, one located on each floor of the home. One large bedroom upstairs features a king size bed & plenty of closet space.
