Welcome to Cabins in the Clouds!



This beautiful land features five private cabins, this listing is for cabin 5 (Sweet Seclusion Cabin). On the property, you will find a fire pit and a covered gazebo. You will find adventure, local attractions, and a peaceful environment all right outside of your cabin porch!



Once inside Sweet Seclusion Cabin you will find comfort, fun, and relaxation for everyone! Through the front doors, you will find a cozy great room featuring a TV and fireplace, perfect for movie nights with your entire group. Kick back and unwind on the plush sofa, recliner, or rocking chair while flipping through the pages of a new read. In the mornings, sip your first cup of joe at the lovely dining area, or relax on the cabin's large front porch while basking in nature views. In the fully equipped kitchen prepare your group's favorite recipes with all the necessary appliances. All the comforts of home are offered here, including complimentary wireless Internet access, a DVD player, and a private washer/dryer. Right outside of your front door, you will find a large porch facing the peaceful wooded views.



As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays!

Quiet setting with 4 other cabins. It’s a cabin that shows some wear, but was quite comfortable for our group. Difficult to find the gravel road from the highway. Strict policy on paying for people to be on the property, even those who are not spending the night there. This was a policy I had never encountered before and was not pleased that I had to pay extra just for my grandson, who was not staying with us, to visit.

Great cabin and nice location

Cabin is very clean and spacious. The owners provide all the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant. 15 min to Cloudland Canyon and about 15 to Chattanooga, so a great location-if that is your plan. Some nice local restaurants within a 10 minute drive as well. My friends and I had a great extended weekend.

Stay was nice. Cabin could use new mattresses. Most were very firm. Entrance is a little hard to see if arriving after dark. Would stay here again.

Cabin was beautiful, beds were a little hard for me but it was very nice and comfortable. We had to let management know that we had a few little pests trying to stay for free. And they said they would take care of it. We left a big skillet for the next user… but everything else we needed was there. I’d stay again.

Great quite spot 30mins from the aquarium in Chattanooga. The cabin was great had everything we needed with 3 kids. Plenty of room out side for the kids to run and play.

Wedding weekend

This cabin was plenty good sized for our family of eight. Make sure to list the qty of your party as this listing charges extra per person after 2 & only provides towels for the number in your reservation. Beds were very comfortable. We were not there long enough to cook however there appeared to be a good supply of kitchen ware plus they provided soaps etc. This house is located in a loop of homes and there is a little pond to visit if you have time. It is very quiet and secluded at the bottom of the forest. Thank you.

Great Family Time

It was a great family cabin to visit. Plenty of room and spacious! Little disappointed there was not a grill at our cabin that was listed as an amenity. We had to grill in freezing weather so that was not fun! Overall, great place!!

It's a beautiful drive to the cabin location. However, you must watch very closely when approaching as the signs are mostly covered. The size of the cabin was exactly what we needed. The mattresses need to be replaced as the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Overall stay was okay.

Best stocked house I've ever stayed at

There were so many things here that I've never seen supplied at other rentals. The one complaint is the area between the couch and the stairs didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Some updates could be done but we all enjoyed the house.

Downstairs bedroom had no dresser which made it very inconvenient. The kids had dressers in the upstairs bed rooms. The add said Cloudland Canyon was about a mile, actually closer to 7 miles. Dishwasher did not work. Otherwise good stay.

Everything was ok. It just needs a deep clean and updated. For just 2 night we would come back. It needs some touch up paint, a different stove that bakes even not just in the back , dishwasher was old and hard to make sure the door shut. Maybe get a big sign for the driveway, it was hard to find, there are 2 driveways close together

The house is really worn. A lot of little things were wrong: upstairs shower didn’t work, downstairs toilet was broke, blinds in living room didn’t work, no dish towels in the kitchen, upstairs porch was filthy and had a lot of spider webs all over, cob webs inside on light fixtures, ceiling fans very dirty. In general it was just worn. It had a stale odor. I think it would be.a great place with just some minor updates and a good cleaning

Reservation cancelled 7 hours before check in

I received a call at 9:30AM the morning of our reservation from a random number so I ignored it. They left a voicemail and sent a text stating my reservation was cancelled due to double booking. I called back, spoke to the manager, and they said there was nothing they could do for me. She told me that I would have to call VRBO support for further help. I called support and was told that I would be refunded and they would contact the owner to assess a penalty and compensate me for the inconvenience. Vrbo support has not been able to reach the owner and I still have not received any compensation. My friends and I had a weekend get away planned and it ended up putting a major snag in our plans. I know mistakes happen, but keep this in mind next time you book here.

Underwhelmed

We were so excited to get to our final destination! After traveling and seeing the beauty of the mountains we were so ready to get to our cabin for the week! When we arrived we were so upset that our cabin was filthy dirty!!! We were told to not arrive until 4 so that the cabin would be cleaned and ready for our arrival. We arrived at 6;30 pm to find every light on in the cabin and the tv on. It looked as if someone was still there! My husband being ex-military went through the cabin expecting someone to come out! The cabin had not been cleaned! After getting ahold of the management company and sending pictures of the state of the cabin the cleaners finally arrived several hours later! Our plans for the evening were ruined! The fireplace mentioned in the add did not work, the pond was more like a puddle, the trash receptacle outside was so full we had to walk our trash to other places on the property, and so much more! We saw roaches and other bugs inside the cabin! After speaking back in forth with Unique Stays and our first evening being ruined and sending pictures of the state of the cabin when we arrived all they offered to do was wave the cleaning fee and $45 for a total of $125. Needless to say I will not be staying in one of their properties ever again! Horrible customer service and horrible stay!
