This was a beautiful property that was clean, in good repair, and stocked with lots of special touches that made our stay amazing. The only potential drawback is the parking situation; we have a larger truck, which does not fit in a standard garage, so finding an open parking spot for it was a bit of a challenge. Next time we stay here, we’ll be sure to bring the car instead.

Easy to Stay & Spacious Accomodations

The communication process was very easy and the property were great accommodations for us. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were plenty of space and laid out well. Having enclosed parking for 2 cars was a nice plus. The check-in and checkout process was simple and I would recommend staying there.

Very great spot for any group of people!

6 of my buddies and I stayed in Flagstaff over Homecoming weekend. This was an incredible home with everything we needed. Had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Very comfortable

The property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. The house was very suitable for our needs. We were very comfortable with all aspects of the place. We were delighted that the pantry was stocked with all condiments and more! There were many things already there for us that we didn't need to buy! I would definitely stay there again!

Graduation Celebration

The property was easy to find and in a great spot. Close to all of our needs but just far enough to avoid traffic. The rooms, amenities, and furniture was perfect. Several additional nice touches such as individual room heaters, a drink and snack bar and garage parking. During dinner we discovered the wine opener was broken and the host immediately drove to Target and delivered us a brand new one. They really went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Very much recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Flagstaff. It was a wonderful stay.

Excellent property with one exception.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the property was very clean and comfortable. We had one issue that I reached out to the property manager about and then never heard back from them. The problem was mainly a safety concern. The temperature on the dryer was broken. We dried some of our damp clothes for 15 minutes. They were so hot that they burned our hands when we took them out. Buttons on shirts had melted and a bathing suit melted as well. I messaged that I believed this is a fire hazard and should be looked at. I did not receive a reply and so this really impacted my opinion of the property and I won't return.

To our future guests: unfortunately Suzzane was a terrible guest. They left our place an absolute mess. They did not message us during their entire stay even when we checked in on them. Upon check out we found multiple things at the home damaged. The dryer and washer were both not working because of their misuse. We had to bring in technicians to fix multiple parts of the property as well as appliances. This was the filthiest our home has ever been after a check out and we were truly shocked and disturbed how someone can be this irresponsible. For example they drew sketches on the dining table(they were all adults) had blood stains all over the home with linens ruined and so much more. Suzzane has been disbarred from the property and which is why there will be no future communication with her. We treat our guests with absolute honor and all our past reviews across all platforms show for that. We are very disappointed in you Suzzane what a shame!
