You will have access to the entire property using a digital keypad. A personalized code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check-In is at 4:00PM EST and Check-Out is at 10:00AM EST.

Below are few important notes to be aware of, please read through our House Rules to ensure this home is a good fit for you:

. An ID must be verified by the VRBO platform and minimum age to rent is 21 years old
. Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 6 cars. However, it is steep and does not have rails, (drive at your own risk)
. During winter season, a 4x4 is highly recommended as roads in Bryce can be extremely steep
. While our home is located in the mountains and in the woods, so despite our best efforts, you may see insects. You may also encounter potentially dangerous animals. Please be aware of your surroundings
. We have security cameras outside the property only for your safety and for our protection
. The health and well-being of our guests are of the upmost importance to us, for this reason, we have an extensive process of cleaning after each check-out
. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. In consideration of future guests we do require pet owners to prevent their little furry guests from climbing on furniture to include chairs, couches, beds, etc.. We ask all pet owners to be diligent in adhering to these rules and recommend the use of a kennel when necessary. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of pet waste properly. There is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet/per trip
. All trash must be bagged and closed prior to placing any of it into the exterior trash bins. Trash Collection Services will not pick it up otherwise
. Should you wish additional housekeeping during your stay, arrangements can be made for an additional fee
. As a female starting entrepreneur, I am not able to grant any refunds for any reason. Please ensure to protect your trip as there is a range of low-cost travel insurance options. Also, I am not responsible for Bryce Resort weather changes, my cancellation policy stands
