15 minutes to Downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens, 12 min. to Raymond James Stadium, 8 min. to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, 10 min. to USF, 16 min. to Tampa Aquarium, 6 min. to Carrollwood Gulf & Country Club, 45 Min. to St Pete Beach and 35 min. to St Pete Downtown, 2 min. to I-275.. Walking distance to Pizzeria, Walgreens, McDonald's, Winn Dixie supermarket , Bus stop, Dunkin' Donuts and more. Minimum age 25 years old.
Due to the Nature of the house No Children are Allowed.

*Hello Guests*
*1)No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside, outside by the front door, by the porch, or by the parking lot. Including vaping, e cigarettes, Marijuana etc
recreational or medical smoking is not allowed. NO recreational smoking or prescription smoking is allowed. NO Marijuana is allowed.

2) Due to the "Nature of the Property" (We have a Spiral Staircase) Sorry but *NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED. (Guests ARE NOT allowed to go to the loft, located on the second floor) All amenities one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, etc., are on the main floor.

3) ALL Guests Must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. As per home insurance policy.

4) All Guests are required to Submit a Valid Government ID. (A Valid Driver's License or Valid Passport -Not Expired). This is a request for Each Guest.
Please submit once we approve the inquiry via Vrbo text. You need to do it within 12 hours of approval.
Please submit the ID's within 24 hours max, or the reservation will be cancelled. If guests are check-in the same day they are submitting the reservation, then we will need the IDs, within 2 hours once we accept the inquiry-reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled.

* **4a)* When the reservation is for 2 guests we need to confirmation that BOTH guests read & agreed to all the house rules. *Must be confirmed in order to accept the reservation.

If guests have a visit they must submit their driver's licenses of their guest. No extra guests sleeping over is allowed. Pls respect the house rules. All guests must be 25 years old at least. As per instance company

5) No live plants are allowed, weather to put on the floor or by the windows.
6) When guests stay for over 2 weeks, we will need access to the house Twice a month just to check everything is working well plumbing, electricity and to change the air filter when needed. It takes about 10 minutes and we will make arrangements. We just don’t show up.

7) OUR APOLOGIES. The Backyard is in the process of being prepared for late fall . No Access to the backyard yet.
However, we have a private deck by the front of the house that's fenced.
8) * NO Pets are allowed on the premises (inside and outside). No emotional support animal, even if is trained as service pet dog cat etc., No service dogs or any service pet. We suffer severe allergies because of pets, we even carry a prescription Epi-pen because we develop hives from pets. Sorry no pets.
9) *No Parties are allowed in the house.
10) No light candles are allowed can cause fire
11) No Smoking of any kind at all as me mentioned on point #1. No Marijuana.
* Only the guests are allowed in the house.
If an extra guest visits the house they need to request approval from "us" your host and submit a driver's licenses.

*13) Check out at *14) No bicycles, electrical bicycles, scooters, ETC or any kind of transportation (for work or recreational) are ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. They can be leaved outside by the front yard at guest’s Risk. We DO NOT have any storage, gate, garage ETC to park above transportation outside the house. Under no circumstances we cannot allow bicycles, electrical bicycles, scooters, ETC inside the house.
If both guests agree to ALL the house rules, we would love to have you as our guest (s). 2 guests max.
