Welcome to St. Kitts—a spacious 2,000 sq ft waterfront penthouse in Downtown Key West. This 4BR/4BA + loft home sleeps up to 16 and features two private balconies, expansive water views, a full kitchen, and open living space. Please note: The condominium dock will be under construction beginning April 27, 2026 for approximately 30 days; dock access will be unavailable and daytime construction noise is expected.

Located in the Pelican Landing Condominium building, St. Kitts is a private, two-story waterfront penthouse perched atop one of the tallest buildings in Key West, offering unmatched sunrise and sunset views and an exceptional setting for large groups.



This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse plus loft offers approximately 2,000 sq ft of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests—ideal for large families, group getaways, or multi-generational stays.

Located in historic Downtown Key West, you’re less than 1 mile from Duval Street, the Historic Seaport, and the Hemingway House. The building sits next to a large public park with tennis courts and open green space, and is just 10 minutes from Key West International Airport (EYW).

🚤 DOCK ACCESS

Dock access is provided by the Pelican Landing Condominium Association and is subject to availability, maintenance, and repairs. Please refer to the Dock Construction Notice for details regarding temporary dock closures and related amenity interruptions during scheduled construction periods.



Outside of scheduled construction periods, guests may enjoy dock access including a private boat slip with fresh water, power, a covered fish cleaning station, and access to a commercial ice maker on-site.

Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to the waterfront Penthouse condo and all its amenities! Guests have full use of the entire 2000 sqft unit, including the four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living room with water views. Step out onto the oversized balcony to soak in the endless water views or enjoy the sunset from the private balcony. On-site, you'll have access to the heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar with grills, and parking. An elevator provides secure access to the unit. Boat owners can utilize the boat slip, fish cleaning station, and commercial ice machine. Adjacent to the property, you'll find a large park with tennis courts. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the condo.



The Neighborhood:

Key West is where the tropics meet southern charm—a vibrant island at the southernmost tip of the U.S., known for its colorful sunsets, quirky characters, rich history, and laid-back lifestyle. It's a place where roosters roam freely, everyone travels by bike or scooter, and every hour feels like happy hour. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But there’s just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. The sunsets are a nightly celebration, and the community is known for its warmth, creativity, and come-as-you-are attitude. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Key West has a way of making you slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy every moment.



Getting Around:

Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.



Other Things to Note:

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)

Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).



During this time:

• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable

• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours

• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks

• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina



This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.



By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.





⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. The base rate covers up to 10 registered guests. Guests #11 and above incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.



🐾 PETS

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.



🚗 PARKING

Free on-site parking is guaranteed for two vehicles, which may include a golf cart if rented.



🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)

Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.



👤 AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.



🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER

Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.



Interaction with Guests:

I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.



There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

We had 14 adults stay for 3 nights. The condo met our needs and then some. The space was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and enjoyed by some of the family. We had a minor maintenance issue. The gentleman was very quick to both respond and repair the faucet. Always prompt and informative communication from owner. Perfect Family Getaway with a Few Quirks

Our stay at the Meadows was nothing short of delightful. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to most spots in Key West—unless, of course, you're accompanied by kids who turn into professional complainers at the mere mention of a stroll. The manager was a lifesaver when our group expanded from 2 to 9, and the condo comfortably accommodated all of us: 5 adults and 4 kids aged 8 to 15. The loft, with its quirky slanted ceiling and two single beds, might not be ideal for adults, but our young boys declared it the coolest room in the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked supplies. No need for emergency runs to buy more paper products or soap, a rarity in rental experiences. The compact kitchen was another nice surprise, equipped with everything you could possibly need. A couple of drawbacks: parking was a tight squeeze, especially with neighboring giant trucks. During our stay, weekend parties meant the pool was occasionally overtaken by rowdy, beer-demanding men who screamed up at the balcony for our teenage daughters to "bring them more beer", so you might want to avoid weekends if you're with family. On the upside, the corner bar treated us to live music on Tuesday evening, giving us a private concert feel from our spacious patio. Speaking of the patio, it was large enough and well-furnished for everyone to enjoy.

Poor condition . Not secure.

Overall, I would not recommend this property. The apt had 4 bathrooms as listed and 2 were on the same breaker that kept short circuiting. These 2 bathrooms had no lights and were not usable. The doors to the patio areas do not have locks so we had full sliding doors that could not be secured. The front door was not particularly secure. No flexibility on the 10am check out.
