Guest Access:
Enjoy access to all areas of this waterfront condo and its amenities. You'll have private access to the 2-bedroom condo, including the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Relax in the spacious living areas and on the large balcony with harbor and pool views. Guests can also enjoy the heated pool, on-site boat slips (available at no extra charge), fish cleaning station, BBQ grills, and commercial ice machine. The property includes a private elevator for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to free parking on-site for one vehicle.

Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 1 vehicle (to include golf cart rental). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. No overnight stays on boat. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. Tropical Environment Reminder: While our home is treated monthly by professional pest control, the tropical climate of Key West can mean occasional sightings of insects. Should anything arise during your stay, we will promptly schedule a professional inspection and treatment, and access to the property must be permitted for service.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.
