Looking for a wonderful ground floor condo with plenty of space? Look no further than this newly updated Sea Palms Colony downstairs unit. Featuring two bedrooms, two baths, and lots of outside space. Sea Palms Colony is located near the heart of the Sea Palms Resort - situated between two fairways. Did we mention we are also pup-friendly?
You will arrive to find a nicely furnished and tastefully decorated two bedroom and two bath unit with washer and dryer. The large living room has plenty of seating and a large smart TV with YouTubeTv for great streaming capabilities. You will enjoy the screened porch for afternoon cocktails and the outdoor patio for relaxing bird watching.
The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower. The TV in the master bedroom is a ROKU TV and live channels are streamed through YouTubeTV. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed. This bedroom is also equipped with a ROKU TV and streaming live channels through YouTube TV. The 2nd bathroom is located just outside this bedroom and has a combination tub/shower.
Additional amenities you will find inside Unit 237-D include a washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, microwave and toaster.
Sea Palms Colony is one of the few complexes in Sea Palms with its' own swimming pool. There is one single, assigned, covered parking space for each unit and this includes covered walkways all of the way to your unit. Additional vehicles can park in uncovered spots on a first come first serve basis.
Conveniently located to golfing, boating, shopping, and restaurants. Located 4.5 miles from the beach and pier/village area. Close enough to be there in 10 minutes but far enough away to enjoy the quiet solitude of Sea Palms.
