This thoughtfully designed three bedroom, two and a half bath retreat offers lovely mountain views from the back deck and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five burner gas range, custom cabinetry, a prep sink, and a double oven, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.

The main level is home to a spacious king suite, conveniently located for easy access, with a custom tiled shower and granite vanity in the private ensuite bath.

Upstairs, you will find a second king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed plus a twin rollaway. These bedrooms share a full bathroom finished with a custom tile shower and granite countertop, offering comfort and style for guests of all ages.

The lower level, accessed via a private exterior entrance, provides a fun bonus space with foosball, shuffleboard, and a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for game nights or extra sleeping accommodations.

Outside, let your worries melt away in the hot tub tucked beneath a covered deck while you take in the scenic surroundings. Follow the path to the firepit and enjoy evenings under the stars, sharing stories and making memories in the crisp mountain air.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes
-Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The detached garage is for owner use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night. Full grown well-trained dogs only please, max of 4 dogs.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This homeowner uses two exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is aimed towards the driveway and the other is towards the detached garage.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
