My rental was great from beginning to end. The host responded promptly and communicated well throughout my stay. The space was lovely. Nicely furnished and clean. There was shopping, a metro station and bus stop nearby. All in all an A experience.

Awesome House in a Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this house while visiting our daughter who lives in DC. Super clean house in a great location. Close to many restaurants and a very short walk to a Metro station. Really nice outdoor area where my wife and I would have our morning coffee. Christina, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. This will be our go to spot when visiting our daughter in the future.

Perfect location for your DC stay

We stayed 5 nights and spent most of the daytime exploring the city. The location is close to a metro station, many restaurants, CVS, and a Trader Joe’s. We cooked our own breakfasts and two dinners. The kitchen is well appointed. This is a basement unit so there is some noise carry over from upstairs, but it wasn’t bad. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice Spot for seeing DC

This apartment is close to everything, yet not so close you feel like you can't escape the DC Tourist bubble. The parking space was ideal as we were able to park our car and use public transportation for much of our vacation. At the end of each day, coming back to this quiet space with all the amenities was perfect for us. Christina is a responsive host and her two fur babies are adorable. Highly recommended when visiting DC.

Just lovely!

This was perfect for our stay. I particularly loved it was a row house for the historical charm. Everything is new, stylish and comfortable. It also has a cute little patio out front to enjoy your morning coffee. We were without a car, but there is a Safeway and Trader Joe’s within easy walking distance, as well as the metro. Due to the step down and entrance, it would not be good for those with mobility problems. But I would certainly stay there again if in area.
