The backyard was very small and did not have any outside dining options and very little window for sun hours. There was not enough inside dining seating, the house sleeps 12, but the dining table held 6. The kitchen was well stocked, but the cabinet doors wouldn’t stay open making it difficult to grab dishes and put dishes away.

Beautiful home

Property was very nice with a luxurious feel. My crew and I really enjoyed the home. Property was kinda far from where my plans/activities were but overall great stay.

Great Base of Operations

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice place. The kids loved the pool. It was further away from any spring break craziness which we were hoping for. Overall it was well stocked. Some nicer pots and pans would’ve been nice but they were nothing out of the ordinary for a VRBO.

This home has great potential! It has wonderful gathering spaces, a beautiful pool, outdoor games, a swing set for the littles, and loads of bedrooms/bathrooms for a large group. HOWEVER, we definitely had some issues while there. There were two big problems: 1. The pool thermostat was broken and was not reading the correct water temperature, so kept heating the water. When we arrived, the water was 110* degrees--definitely not usable for children or adults. Maintenance did come the next day, however, all that could be done was to turn off the heater and let the water cool down. (Not easily done with sunshine and 80* days.) By the second night, the adults used the pool as a hot tub, and the kids could finally get into the water on the third day. 2. The AC froze up twice! Again, maintenance came both times. The second time, it was determined that more freon was needed. (Why did it take 2 trips?) There were also other smaller issues. For example, a stabilizing bar for the kitchen sink faucet is missing so the flexible faucet swung around and sprayed water when turned on. For a house this size, there were limited plates/silverware and no serving bowls, etc. Also, we had just enough towels for everyone to have just one towel. With a 6 day stay, we definitely had to do laundry. Any of these issues would not be a big problem on its own, however all together it felt like a lot! While this home might be a mansion, it needs some upkeep and TLC to make it "majestic."

Lovely villa

The property was lovely, everything was a described. We chose it because of the children play area and pool. The kids loved it and played there every day. The pool was warm so we made good use of it. The owners kindly supplied basics such as dishwasher tablets and washing powder as well as some kitchen staples such as sugar, salt and basic cooking spices. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us which was a nice touch. All in all, we had a great time and would stay again.

Beautiful home

The home was exactly as advertised and Nani was great responding both before the vacation and during. The pool was great and we enjoyed it on the really hot days. There was a wonderful game room that was air conditioned that was different than other homes we had rented. We were able to enjoy the game room and the kids enjoyed learning how to play pool. The home is closely located to shopping and a variety of eateries. The only critique I had was that the one bed needs a more stable bottom. It would shift nightly. Minor fix. The home was big, welcoming, and I would recommend anyone to stay here if looking for a place just outside of Miami. We had a variety of ages staying there and everyone seemed to have a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

The pool must have been a cooling oasis on hot days, and it's nice to know you enjoyed the unique feature of the air-conditioned game room. Learning to play billiards also seems like a fun activity for kids. The convenient location near shops and restaurants is definitely a plus. AWESOME STAY!! JUST PERFECT!

This is an amazing home! We rented this home for our family Thanksgiving Gathering. It was large and spacious enough to accommodate our out of town family members. The house smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. The entire house was also very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has ample pots, pans, glasses, utensils and everything we needed to prepare food for our family gathering. I most enjoyed the Master bedroom and bathroom. The shower is huge and the toilet has a heated seat! The bed slept amazing! My other family members enjoyed their rooms as well and stated the beds were very comfortable! The pool was also soooo amazing. The water was heated so we just enjoyed swimming and playing around in the pool. Our family members played on the pool table and table tennis which are situated in the back yard! Also, just sitting on the lounge chairs chatting with family and watching the pool games was such a delight! The house is located near plenty of stores and shopping! Walmart and Publix are within minutes from the house! The interstate is nearby and easy to access! The neighbors were very quiet and we felt safe. The host was so very pleasant and responsive. I enjoyed working with her to make this a special gathering for my family!All in all, my family and I have no complaints! This house was spacious, clean, fully stocked, perfectly located and just what we were looking for to make our family gathering memorable!Thank you Nan!
