This newly renovated guest studio apartment is a part of Dino Ranch property - a private 2-acre paradise with panoramic red rock views.

The studio can sleep 4 adults. It has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattresses. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub to use in shower, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.

The apartment is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo-conditioner, and lotion). The living area includes a sofa, 2-chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Washer and dryer are located inside the apartment and are free to use.

Only a few steps away from the apartment door, you'll find a picturesque pergola with comfortable shaded seating and mesmerizing red rock views. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, away from the hustle and bustle, while relishing the cozy warmth of the gas fire pit. It's the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with the beauty of the surroundings.

Next to the pergola, a delightful shaded play area awaits under a majestic tree. Little ones can scale the climbing wall and embark on imaginative adventures on the safari jeep slide. A chest full of toys helps make this space a haven for young adventurers..

Perfect spot for a little family. The property was set up for kiddos to enjoy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The little scavenger hunt was so fun for the kids and for Easter we had an egg hunt in the Dino area. So many amazing memories including roasting peeps on the fire for s’mores!

Unit B is a perfect place for a couple who enjoy outdoor activities in Kanab area. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt that it is not enough. The room is very clean, the wisher/dryer in the unit is very convenient so that you do not have to pack too much clothing

Staying in this studio felt like being at home with the laundry service and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable! The covered parking space just outside the door made it easy to pack and unpack the car for our daily adventures. The proximity to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon was perfect for day trips. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

It was a very comfortable studio. We enjoyed the location but there seemed to be quit a bit of traffic traveling on the small two lane road next to the house at all hours of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Kanab! The place was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen and cozy bedding to small touches in the bathroom that showed real attention to detail. Our family especially loved the outdoor Dino Ranch! The scavenger hunt was such a hit with our kid—it added a fun and unique touch that made our stay even more memorable. The location couldn’t be more perfect—it’s the ideal basecamp for exploring the stunning national parks of southern Utah (Zion, Bryce Canyon, and beyond) as well as nearby Arizona highlights like Horseshoe Bend in Page and even a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Great visit to Kanab

Wonderful time in Kanab for exploring the area and photography. The studio unit met all our needs and was extremely clean. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We were comfortable and cozy - and conveniently located for all the Balloons and Tunes festival/activities in a quiet neighborhood.

The studio is cozy and clean, with a washer, dryer, microwave, stove, high-end coffee maker, tea kettle, and refrigerator. It was very clean and well stocked. Given the dirt on clothes from hiking nearby, the large washer and dryer were very much appreciated. Be aware that the bed is against the wall on one side, with a dresser at the foot of it, so getting in and out may require climbing over your partner in the night. There is also only one nightstand,.so only one person has a spot for coffee/tea and their phone, etc. Of course if you're alone, it's no issue.Be sure to save both the earlier VRBO welcome instructions and the later one with code as the lock is not intuitive. However, the host was responsive to my suggestion about that.I also suggested they provide a stool or chair outside given the request to take shoes off as doing so was challenging without one.It was well-located, cozy, and clean overall.

We have a dining table and a table in the lounge area for coffee or tea. We prefer people not to drink tea and coffee in bed. The lock is intuitive and very easy to operate and we have not had a guest have trouble with it until now. We have exact instructions on how to operate the lock, making it very simple. This must have been the first time Laurie’s party have used an electronic lock because it still took sometime to explain it to them while over the phone.
