HOME DESCRIPTION:
4 bedrooms, 3 full-bath home sleeps 10 people-MAX of 6 adults, (defined as over the age of 12 yrs due to the sizes of kids bunk beds).
The Sunset and Desert Oasis Suites-king beds and ensuite baths; third bedroom has XL twin bunk over queen bed, and fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds (for children under 12 yrs).
Large cook's kitchen, dining for 8-10, comfortable open space for the whole family, attached garage, back deck, enclosed hot tub, washer/dryer, fireplace.

HOUSE AMENITIES:
Private hot tub, A/C, free hi-speed wireless internet, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, 5 Roku smart TV's, games, firewood for the fireplace.10 SHARC passes for FREE ACTIVITIES giving access to the Sunriver aquatic facility, tennis & pickleball, disk-golf and the private owners's boat launch! 5 adult bikes, 3 kids bikes (helmets not provided). For an additional fee, Level 2 EV charger with J1772 plug is available for guest use. Tesla adapter provided for use during your stay. Ski/snowboard rack in the garage. All basic kitchen, bed/bath, hot tub and laundry supplies are provided. THE AREA:
Central Oregon is a visitors paradise! Mountains, rivers, lakes, volcanic history, starry nights...make memories in Sunriver! We are located on a quiet cul de sac and close to all that Sunriver has to offer: 35 miles of paved Sunriver biking trails, SHARC aquatic facility, tennis/pickleball courts, Sunriver Village, public golf in Bend and La Pine, floating on the Deschutes River. Mt Bachelor is a quick 30 minute drive and our home (20 Whistler Lane) is a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Marketplace for groceries/gas or an ice cream.

BOOKING RULES: Please read ALL Property/HOA Rules before booking. We do not wish for you to have any surprises. Minimum age of Primary Renter is 25. No third party reservations. Occupants under age of 18 shall not be left unsupervised. No parties, events or loud music. NO SMOKING on our property (inside or outside) Sorry, we have a strict NO PET Policy and we do not make exceptions. Thank you!

REQUIREMENTS:
*Rental Agreement returned within 48 HRS of booking per our House Rules.
*$500 Security Deposit hold placed separately by the property prior to check-in.
*$500 Cancellation fee. We recommend Travel Insurance offered at booking.

IMPORTANT: Our home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and we/the owners, participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of max occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. We have exterior and garage security cameras.
