1 House + 1 Yurt on 5 Acres

This AirBnb includes a 3 bed 2 bath house and as well as a secluded Yurt that sleeps up to 4. Both areas are fenced in with their own kitchens and fire pits.
The space
Main House:
There are 3 bedrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, and a room with 3 twin beds. Each room has clean sheets and there are several extra blankets and towels situated around the house.

Kitchen is stocked with standard appliances as well as the usual condiments for cooking.

Dinning room table seats 8 but can be expanded to 10 if needed.

In the living room you will find a wide variety of games for adults and kids. We provide some DVDs but also have a Chrome cast for you to log into your streaming services. Lastly the record player doubles as a Bluetooth speaker.

Outside we have a fenced in yard with an outside community table, grill, and fireplace. In addition, we have provided several yard games including corn hole, Bache ball, giant janga, and several more.

We allow friendly dogs (no more than 2 per stay). Dogs can be off leach inside the yard.

Yurt:
We strive to make staying at the yurt the perfect combination of home comfort and outside relaxation.
Outside you will find a small firepit area with all logs, fire starters, magic fire color packets are all included. The outside kitchen has hot water, pots, and a grill with a burner. Lastly, the bath house has an outside shower (not heated), sink, and Toilet. There is a top of the line composting toilet that has almost no smell and cleaned/emptied regularly.

Inside is just over 300 sq feet with laminate florring and a AC/Heating unit powerful enough to cover 3 times the space to help with that Texas heat and Winter cold. There is a queen sized bed as well as a couch that folds into a full sized bed. There is a coffee maker, free coffee, kettle, and place settings for 4.

Where water and power runs to the area there is no running water inside of the yurt. However, the water from the sink is fantastic and pulls from our well and filter on property.
