Whether it’s the game room that offers a foosball table and video arcade, private beach access, 5-person hot tub, or community pool, your group will never forget their stay at this one-of-a-kind home. Entering through the 4-car garage you’ll walk into the entertainment room ready for family fun! Choose between the foosball table, video arcade, or Smart TV for your entertainment delight. As you make your way to the 2nd floor, guests will notice how a designer's touch brings a level of comfort to this home not often found in a rental property. This home has a stunning open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room allowing all family members to share special moments. Take advantage of cooking family dinners in the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers bar seating for 7 as well as a dining table with seating for 12. The extensive living areas and separation of the rooms provide privacy, as well as sufficient room for being together. The spacious living area has multiple sitting areas, a large sofa, and a flat screen Smart TV with app streaming capability (no cable). This area offers the ideal space for family movie or game nights. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. An additional sleeping area is located off the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and attached half bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, guests will have their choice of four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two bunk rooms, one with double twin-size bunk beds, the other with double twin-over-full bunks. Both have attached TVs and bathrooms. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have king size beds with private oceanfront balconies and bathrooms.

The 4th floor of the house encompasses the Master Retreat which looks over the ocean. It has a king side bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his/her sinks, walk-in closet, wet bar, and private ocean front balcony. Down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Every bedroom has a smart TV equipped with streaming apps.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. For reservations made after October 15, 2022, a linen package is included in your rental rate. The linen package includes freshly laundered bed sheets for each bed, bath towel sets for the full occupancy of the house, bath mats for each full bathroom, and a kitchen towel and sponge. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, all top bunks and trundles will not be made.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited inside. Grilling is allowed in the driveway only, no grill is provided.
