A cozy downstairs studio lock-off in the middle of Legacy Villas with a private patio just a short-walk to the main pool, clubhouse and fitness room. The studio has a king bed, smart TV, spacious desk and wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. A perfect spot for a quick desert stop!
The Space:
Guests access the ground-floor studio from either the front or patio doors. Each door is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be provided with a unique access code prior to check-in. Upon entering, there is a small alcove to store luggage/travel and the studio bathroom is immediately to the left. The spacious bathroom has a large vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub and toilet. Commercially laundered bathroom and pool towels are provided for each stay. Past the entry, the main portion of the studio has a cal-king bed, a smart TV in an armoire with a drawers below and a full size desk with a chair. A gas fireplace in the studio bedroom and a private private at the rear of the studio add to the relaxed feel of this desert retreat. There is a small wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave and single serve coffee maker in the bedroom area and a small closet to hang clothes and store essentials. If you are coming to the Coachella Valley for a few nights, you won't find a better value in a nicer setting!
The studio is located in the middle of Legacy Villas with the private patio opening to the main paseo and serene community fountains. The unit is a short-walk to the main pool area, clubhouse and fitness room. Unassigned parking is available in the parking lot in front of the condo and along Legacy Drive. Guests also have access to hiking trails around the exterior of the community and La Quinta Resort is a 10-15 minute walk away. The unit can be combined with LV111 to create a two bedroom lock-off at just over 1300 square feet subject to availability. An interior lock-off door separates the one bedroom and studio portions of the two bedroom condo and will remain locked when both suites are occupied by separate parties.
Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 7 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour security. Guests will need to provide California Vacation Villas the names of drivers 3 days prior to arrival for gate registration purposes. The maximum number of cars allowed in Legacy Villas is 1 per reservation.
The Neighborhood:
Legacy Villas is a residential resort condominium community located in La Quinta, CA. The gated-community has 280 condo units in 2 bedroom lock-off, 3 bedroom lock-off and 3 bedroom townhome units. Legacy Villas offers guests the use of 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs including a main pool area with a walk-in children's pool, large pool deck including cabanas and a separate lap pool with additional seating. The community clubhouse area has a spacious fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and free weights. The Legacy Grille is also located in the clubhouse area and operates on the weekends from November-May. The Legacy Villas homeowner's association operates independently of California Vacation Villas providing 24 hour security, facilities/grounds maintenance and bi-weekly trash collection from community dumpsters located throughout the community.
California Vacation Villas leases/manages approximately 25 properties within Legacy Villas utilizing the lock-off capability in the 2 bedroom condos to create a 1 bedroom (max occupancy 4) and studio (max occupancy 2) unit and in the 3 bedroom condos to create a 2 bedroom (max occupancy 6) and studio unit (max occupancy 2). The three bedroom, three bathroom one and two story townhomes (max occupancy 8) are leased in entirety and all townhomes have an attached two car garage.
Legacy Villas is located in south La Quinta. The community is a 10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a 1 mile walk or short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The Hwy 111 shopping corridor is a 5-10 minute drive and has every major retailer including Costco, Target, Super Walmart and multiple grocery stores. The Empire Polo Club (host of the Coachella and Stagecoach musical festivals), the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (host of the BNP Paribas) and the Shoppes on El Paseo in Palm Desert are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Palm Springs International Airport is 40-45 minutes from Legacy Villas. Additional desert attractions including championship golf, multiple hiking and biking trails and numerous spas and resorts are all within a short walk or drive from the community. Legacy Villas is a central location and a wonderful choice for a variety of travelers looking for a resort setting in a gated condo community.

Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
