Summary:
The Gahanna ranch is a renovated 3 bedroom condo in a great location. Just a mile from the Columbus Airport, Gahanna, and Columbus just a short drive west. Close to Easton, and lots of great shopping and activities. Our 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom flat has been updated, and has all new furniture designed to be a comfortable stay of a few days or a few months. Our driveway has private parking for 2 cars, and we have a fenced in back yard (pet friendly!). Our apartment contains 3 bedrooms, each with a new queen bed. The main bedroom has a mounted smart TV, and the living room does as well. The kitchen is stocked and ready to prepare a quick meal. Enjoy an evening on our back patio!
The Space:
Our apartment is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom, single level floor plan. There are no steps in or out of the apartment, and we welcome any less-abled guests to stay with us. Our apartment is a few minutes drive to the freeway, and easy access to not only the Airport, but anywhere else in Columbus as well.
On a quiet street, our apartment has parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and other parking available on the street if needed. We have a fenced in back yard, and patio for guests and their pets to enjoy.
Our living room has a couch, chairs, and smart TV. The kitchen is small, but has a small table, and all dished needed for a light meal. Feel free to bring your own items, and make your self at home.
There are 3 bedrooms, and each has a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Please ask us any questions, and we are happy to help and to host you for your stay!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to our apartment and garage. Our yard and exterior space is shared with our neighbor who's apartment is attached, on the other side of our building.

Easton Towne Center is also just a quick drive, and has endless shopping and entertainment! For your furry friends, there is a Dog park at Pizzurro Park. There are several parks, including Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve (50 Acres).
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
