Bananaquit Condo is a family friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanside retreat at Cowpet Bay on the east end of St. Thomas. Enjoy Caribbean views and breezes from your private balcony. The beach, pool, hot tub, and beachfront restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. Red Hook dining and the ferry to St. John are only a short drive.

THE SPACE
Enter through a private entryway with washer and dryer and beach gear for your island adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes an ice maker and coffee maker and opens to a dining table seating four and a cozy living room. Bar seating for four, a smart TV, games, puzzles, and books make this a great space for families.

Step onto the ocean view balcony with comfortable seating and bird feeders that regularly attract bananaquits and hummingbirds. It is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and garden views. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and direct balcony access.

Outside the unit is a garden seating area and grill. Smoking is permitted only in this outdoor space.

ACCESS AND PARKING
Reserved parking is included and located close to the unit. The front door can be reached via two short staircases or a scenic gravel path from guest parking. Keyless entry allows for easy self check in.

GETTING AROUND
