Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests and note that we accommodated your group with a complimentary four-hour early check-in. Our listing clearly states that the unit includes two parking passes for the ground-level covered parking lot, that all parking is first come, first served, and that there are no assigned spaces. During peak summer beach season, parking throughout the area can understandably be busier, which is why these details are clearly disclosed prior to booking. Regarding the beds, the king beds are split kings, meaning two Twin XL mattresses are secured together within one king bed frame. This setup helps reduce motion transfer and allows each person to have their own sleeping surface while still providing a king-size bed. Split kings are also a very common setup in hotels and vacation rentals. None of the concerns regarding the lock, mattresses, squeaking, or parking were communicated to us at any point during the stay. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address them immediately. Following checkout, we had the lock professionally inspected by our locksmith. The battery was fully charged, the lock was tested repeatedly, and no mechanical or functional issue was found, indicating that the difficulty experienced was related to operation of the keypad rather than a malfunction of the lock itself. We take guest comfort seriously and are always available during a stay to address concerns as they arise. We only wish these issues had been brought to our attention while you were still at the property so we could have had the opportunity to resolve them, rather than learning about them after checkout.

That is not the standard we strive to provide. We do have our upholstery and linens professionally maintained on a regular schedule, but after your stay, I had a professional upholstery cleaning completed and addressed the items you mentioned with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. We also had maintenance inspect the shower to resolve the water pressure concern. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve.
