*Guests who sneak in additional guests or pets will be charged additional fees.

*Home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are not monitored once guests check in.

* There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the house and if you smoke outside please be sure all doorways and windows are closed near you if you step outside for a cigarette. Anyone caught smoking inside, or if the interior of the home smells like cigarettes, will be charged additional fees. Please respect those who do not smoke and want to enjoy the home after you.

* There is a damage deposit required to stay at the home, so please be sure to mention any defects or issues upon arrival the day you enter the home to make sure you are not held liable for any damages to the home, its furniture, décor, exterior finishes, decking, driveway, walkways, etc.

* NO PARTIES or EVENTS allowed on this property. If looking for a private space to host an event, we own an 11-room boutique hotel in Treasure Island that allows events if you rent the entire hotel. *This is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours start at 10 pm until 9 am. Please respect the neighbors and their quality of life.
