City Fox 1 - 1 of 4, Recent Renovation. 2nd floor apartment. Located in the heart of the City of Oneonta, City Fox has four apartments - all with the same delightful upscale décor. The owner has completely rehabbed this in-town building, which is just a couple blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants. There is a public swimming pool close by - at Wilbur Park. There are several supermarkets as well as a mid-size shopping mall in Oneonta. City Fox is under a 10 minute drive to All Star Village.
Each apartment is designed to have all of the modern conveniences of home with each one having its own washer / dryer and dishwasher. All furnishings are contemporary in style.
Apt. 1 is on the second floor, Apt. 2 is on the third floor, Apt. 3 is on the first floor and Apt. 4 is on the second floor. Apt. 3 and Apt. 4 are in a wing of the building that is set back further from the street than the other two. There is a parking lot with ample off-street parking.
