The lush tropical landscaping on Lake Davenport will have you feeling as if you have stepped into paradise...or as we like to call it, Bahama Bay Resort. Located just 10 minutes from all the excitement the Disney® parks have to offer, visitors will love returning to an amenity-filled villa at the end of an exhilarating day.

Beautifully re-decorated by Vast Aerie Home Interiors with a tropical style, our 3-bedroom villa offers a spacious 1,200+ square feet of space, and are ideal for the extended family vacationer. With a lake view there is nothing much to do but to sit and relax in our two patio balconies. You will experience cardinal birds just outside of the master bedroom, and a cloud of white cranes on the large lake tree just outside your living room window at 7pm during summer to fall. This is when they decide its bed time! You can see these beautiful white birds walking in line just outside your front door around 5-6pm as well. You may see many other beautiful creatures during a nature trail walk just by the Tradewinds restaurant.
The resort offers amenities such as a heated swimming pool, sports courts and a children’s play area.

Guests at Bahama Bay Resort can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as a Day Spa, 4 pools, kids splash pad, playground, fishing dock, nature trails and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. With two restaurants on site you can take a break from cooking and savor the tastes of Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar or Mambos Poolside Lounge.

Bahama Bay Resort has a full-sized fishing dock on Lake Davenport, where guests can enjoy fishing (Proper License Required) or simply take in the calm waters and beautiful natural surroundings. The fishing dock is gated for the comfort and safety of our guests.

Traveling to Disney and other theme parks and outlet shops you will need to use a Car or Uber is very popular at low fares.

You are staying in a really nice neighborhood where you and your family or friends will feel tranquil. It is 10 minutes away from the well known Omni Resort, Champions Gate Golf course, local restaurants, shopping and grocery shops.10 minutes from Disney and 20 mins to Universal.
TRASH (IMPORTANT): At the end of your stay please throw away ALL trash in the valet trash located outside the front door. If trash exceeds valet size please take it to the DUMPSTER located by the clubhouse including ALL cardboard boxes.
There will be FEE of $100 from your security deposit if this is not done as my property gets fined if there is trash outside the valet bin.

ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside home nor outside screened patio balconies. $500 FEE

Please Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home.

Keep food in dining and kitchen areas not in bedrooms or living rooms.

If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay.
$50 fee for dirty dishes left behind.

Any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor

Please do not leave sliding doors open (patio) while AC is running.
Please do not lower AC below 73 degrees F.

Please use colored towels for pool and bring back all towels back from community pool.

Everything is inventoried. Ex: If we have missing towels, pillows, accent pillows, kitchen items or linens we will charge for replacement.

Please dry before coming inside the home and use of fabric chairs.

Please eat in dining room, bar or kitchen bar.
