Welcome to our Midcentury in the desert. This Ralph Haver home is set in a charming MCM neighborhood in the beautiful Arcadia area of Phoenix. Enjoy the desert evenings with dinner outside and relax by the fire pit.
You are centrally located - only 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 3 miles to Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy locally owned restaurants in walking distance & short drives, take a stroll along the canal, or hike Camelback Mountain a short distance away.
The space
This quaint 1200 sq foot home is nestled in a Ralph Haver 1950s MCM neighborhood. Enjoy the floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and concrete floors the architect was known for.

PARKING:
-A carport can house one car and an additional car can park behind in the driveway.
*No more than 3 cars can be on or near the property during your stay.

ENTRY:
-The house has a Yale keyless entry door lock and ring camera.

KITCHEN:
-Fully stocked kitchen with plates, drinkware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, tea pot, microwave, toaster, and small smoothie blender.
-Organic coffee, teas, sugars, and cooking oils are provided.
-Reverse Osmosis water filter system is installed for drinking water.

3 BEDROOMS:
-The master bedroom has a queen Nectar Memory Foam Mattress, private bathroom, TV, and sliders to a covered patio area.
-The 2nd bedroom has a queen Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattress, a dedicated work space and sliders to an additional outdoor space.
-The 3rd bedroom has a queen Tuft and Needle mattress and is the perfect space for kids or adults alike.
* Upon request, a Baby Bjorn travel crib and Ikea high chair are available.

2 BATHROOMS:
-The master bathroom has a shower and the hall bathroom has a shower/tub.
-Soaps, Shampoo and Conditioner provided.
-Hairdryers in both bathrooms.

TVs and WIFI:
-There are 2 TVs on the property. A 60" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and a 43" Samsung Smart TV in the master.
-Cox Panoramic WIFI and Cox Contour Cable available.
* Upon request, a bluetooth portable speaker is available.

LAUNDRY:
-Free full size washer and dryer
-Tide Free & Gentle laundry detergent and reusable wool dryer balls in place of dryer sheets are provided.

CHECK IN/OUT:
-Check in time: 4:00pm
-Check out time: 10:00am
* Please note, our cleaners can not accommodate early checkins and late check outs.

CLEANING FEES:
There is a standard cleaning fee for all bookings no matter the length of stay. This is the rate we pay for the service. We are not upcharging our guests on cleaning fees. For longer stays, you can add mid-stay cleanings at the rate of $180/visit.
