Built in 2017, this half-duplex features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and nearly 1,800 square feet of furnished living space. With three King-size beds, and a Twin over Full bunk bedroom. The master bedroom boasts water views and a private ensuite bathroom. Situated on Marathon Key, it's conveniently located near Sombrero Beach Park, dining options, and more,
making it the perfect setting for your Keys escape.

"Location is easy walk to two chain grocers, a chain drugstore and a Sandal Factory. 1.4 mile stroll to the Sombrero Beach park for fishing, swimming, kayak trips, yoga classes and the best sunsets around. Swim in your pool all day as it's in constant sun. Shaded big table and refrigerator/freezer outside on ground floor. Great dock for Manatee viewing and fishing/kayaking. Arrive late on check-in day, walk to Publix, get fried chicken & fixings, night one all taken care of. Enjoy."
