Stay home, relax, and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. There's plenty of outdoor seating centered around a large flat-screen TV with surround sound to enjoy the game or watch a show while you grill up your catch poolside. The fully fenced in yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise as much as you will! Take one of the four bikes available down to the beach or maybe try your hand at kayaking or paddleboarding! Your rental of this vacation home includes use of 2 adult-sized kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use. Please bring appropriate personal flotation equipment as needed for your safety.

This Florida Keys vacation home offers 26ft of deepwater docking right behind the house with a fish cleaning table ready to clean your catch fresh off the boat or spend your evening fishing in the canal enjoying one of our famous sunsets.

The interior of this home features a coastal decor with plenty of space inside for families. Enjoy use of the large kitchen to cook up a meal at home and dine inside or out at any of the three dining areas. Flat-screen TVs are installed in the living room and bedrooms for guest use and WiFi is included with this Florida vacation rental home.

1 King size bed on the first level with full bathroom access near the kitchen, there is also a sofa bed available in the living room.  1 King, 1 Queen and a bunk bed is located on the second level. Ask us about rollaway beds available to rent.

The yard can accommodate parking for 3 to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
