Step inside to be greeted by high vaulted ceilings and a wonderful open floor plan, providing plenty of gathering space for you and your guests. Hang out on the sofa in front of the warm river rock fireplace to beat the chilly mountain evenings or watch your favorite movie on the mounted flatscreen tv. Prepare delicious meals in the open concept kitchen, just steps away from the main living space.  A Keurig is provided for you to use so you won't have to miss out on your morning cup of coffee. Seating for two can be found at the kitchen bar while the dining room table offers additional seating for six.

Head through a set of sliding glass doors in the dining room and step outside for some fresh air on the outdoor deck. Enjoy the shade of towering pine trees as you sit back and relax on the patio furniture. Take advantage of the flawless Big Bear weather and grill up some steaks on the propane grill as you watch the kids hunt pinecones in the spacious backyard.

Back inside, you’ll enjoy some much needed rest in bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed with large open windows to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The next bedroom provides two twin size beds and a spacious closet for storing your belongings during your stay. Another queen size bed can be found in the third bedroom as well as a beautiful wood vanity. The loft area provides the remaining sleeping arrangements which includes, a twin over twin bunk bed, separate twin bed, full size bed and twin futon.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
