Situated at the confluence of Bayou Texar and Pensacola Bay, breezes abound in this auspicious location. Explore the tree lined streets with mature plant species in the neighbors gardens and take a short walk to embrace the views of Historic Pensacola Bay and the unforgettable undulations of Bayou Texar.

Exploring Pensacola Beach while you're here? Just a short drive of under 15 minutes during the off-season. Make the most of our complimentary beach bag, complete with a beach blanket, towels, and valuable beach safety pointers for your enjoyment.

The walkable neighborhood includes locally owned breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants ranging in style from diners to fine dining; a precious hometown grocery store offers everything you may need including a gift shop replete with the wares of local artists. Across from the grocery is a CVS Pharmacy, around the corner is a laundry, a nail salon, locally owned boutiques, a beer and wine bodega, pizza and more. And most convenient of all is the Bayou Texar boat launch only a few steps–but out of ear shot–from the cottage.

Boat Parking:
Tailored to boating enthusiasts, our cottage stands as the ultimate option for a vacation rental with ample boat trailer parking. Watercraft parking should be through the back gate or front driveway only. No boat parking in the yard or on the street. (We do not guarantee your boat will fit; tree growth and other bushes may encroach. If you this may be an issue, please let us know before you arrive.) All fish cleaning should be done at the back driveway near the garage and all remains should be thoroughly cleaned up.

Our complimentary coffee at the coffee bar along with a few treats will greet you upon your arrival with just enough sustenance to foster a recovery with out leaving the property in your first 12 hours. We offer sufficient provisions to kickstart your experience. For extended stays, guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies. The closets in the bedrooms are tailored to guests in need of a quick and easy landing. Pull into one of the several private off street parking spots, bring your boat and trailer, plenty of room!
