Very nice property, very close to the beach. Our two families had a blast and were not disturbed when people were sleeping vs people awake. In an upstairs closet we found two very very hard pieces of bread that were molded. It was found while searching for extra blankets. I found one dead roach on the living room floor. The upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom (tub) had a drainage issue. We would definitely book this place again. Whether you’re on the downstairs porch or upstairs balcony it was fun. Plenty of space outdoors to hangout after a day at the beach. It was nice having space in the kitchen to cook meals when we didn’t want to eat out. It was close to restaurants, bars, shopping (without the noise), and a 24 hour gas station compared to Buc-ee’s.

Property was great. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. The stairs were difficult for the dogs. Need a runner for the stairs. It was too slippery and one of them fell down the staircase. Not dog friendly stairs.Pool was wonderful!

We took a group of my daughter's friends and the set up was perfect. The two grown-ups got their own room and bath downstairs while the girls had the upstairs to themselves. We only ended up with 5 girls but there was space for at least 3 more, plus the two adults. Beach access was about a 3 block walk - don't expect to be "on the beach", it seldom works that way in Texas but the beach was easily accessible by vehicle and driveable if that's your preference. The unit was a little sparse as far as staples and incidentals like salt/pepper/spices and paper towels/toilet paper, even by VRBO standards, but there's a big convenience store a block away (The Texan, kind of a Buc-cee's wannabe) where you can get most of it in a pinch. You'll have to drive to get into the actual town of Port Aransas but word of warning - all the restaurants seem to get very crowded very early so plan accordingly if you're going out to eat. Also factor in a wait time for the ferry coming and going, it can be brutal.

Great location, cute decor

Love this property. Checkin/out couldn't have been easier. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Decor was perfect for the beach location. Plenty of parking too. Hope we'll be back next year.

Condo was dirty upon arrival. Trash in trash can, dirty dish in dishwasher. Blinds broken, window sills filthy. Door to bedroom broken & door would not shut. Shower curtain was dirty. property was unkept: grass very high & trash on grounds. Dirt in corners of bathroom-dust on A/C return. It looked like months of build up, not one bad turnaround.House not as pictured: different furniture in living room & dining room that did not suit our needs. Patio was FULL of leftover beach toys/junk from previous renters. Upstairs patio had stain on wood like vomit. Management company did offer housekeeping to return but only to change the trash & wash the one dish but we declined due to scheduling of activities-we aren’t rearranging our vacation schedule for housekeeping that should have already been done. I also asked for a whole house clean & they denied that. We did get a replacement shower curtain.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property close to everything. Very comfortable! If travel with small children, I would stay in the floor bedroom . The upstairs was great. It has extra living area with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Would definitely stay here again

Turtle cove stay

This condo was cute and cozy for the 6 people that stayed. Plenty of space for us all. Room to cooked every meal there. Wished I had brought my good frying pan as cookwear was not great (I usually bring one). Had a great time with family. Short drive to the beach. 10 out of 10!

This is a great location for the beach, it is literally walking distance! The place was very welcoming and the decorations were nice. I loved being able to relax in the balcony and we even had dinner out there one night! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped for a delicious breakfast or dinner. I loved that they had a water hose which is much needed to clean the sand off before going in the house to avoid getting sand all over the place once you're clean. Overall this was a great stay and i would definitely recommend we were a group of 10 people with 2 toddlers and pets and this place felt like home at our vacation destination!

Overall good. Grill was not useable. Needs to be replaced. Also it needs a dish towel and oven mitt. Had to use a towel. Great location!

Beach Getaway

The condo was located .30 miles from the beach and had all the admenties we needed for two families (10 total people). The rental company was very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We onlt gave 4 stars because, the outside area had trash scattered around and the pool was on the smaller side.

This property is as described. It is at the corner of 2 busy streets so you often hear the traffic pass by. The kitchen sink broke in which case we couldn't use the kitchen sink or dishwasher for a day or so.

Great value and location for Port A!

Our family of four (two adults, a 4-year-old and an 18-month-old) took our annual trip to Port A, this time bringing along a set of grandparents and three dogs. While it was a little tight with everyone, the place was very clean and well-furnished, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were a little concerned about parking as the listing and contract stated three vehicle passes and we only received two (we needed a third for a golf cart), but encountered no issues. Bonus: there are baby gates installed on the stairs but they aren’t completely secure; we brought our own so this wasn’t a problem. We have no complaints, it was a great stay and we would rent there again!
