Cute bungalow near everything

We really enjoyed the property, love the open great room. The area is noisy with all the gas golf carts blaring music, but the neighbors were quiet. House is updated and very comfortable. Fridge is on the fritz but it did manage to keep our food cold enough, but we brought it in coolers so it didn’t need to be chilled. We would definitely stay here again. Checking in and out was super easy, click a link, get the door code and you’re done.

Nice layout

Nice place and location but the portal wasn’t as user friendly as it didn’t have the door code or the phone number for the rental company to call but got it figured out. Fridge seal was broken. Called and left a message but it still worked fine. Would stay here again.

Great place to Stay

The house is cute and comfortable. Cold AC for sure! Very clean! Only down side: people stay upstairs and I don’t think that was related on the site. All you hear is footsteps and some voices. They were up late too. Also, no washer/dryer. That was much needed. Take your own pans cause theirs suck. You will need most everything. The glasses set out have a nasty film on them. And last but not least, the 2nd bedroom has no tv for the guest.

First arrived big picture was found on floor, dishwasher was broke not able to be used, also kitchen broom was bad and not useable y’all need a new one, access to a washer and dryer would have been nice, the place all together was way too small the pictures on the website showed it was bigger than what it was, also y’all need to provide enough couch seating to seat the size party that you advertise the house will hold and there is no yard space, for the mount of money I paid for this place I was disappointed I will not purchase this place again.thank you

Great home away from home

Very spacious cottage with plenty of room for kids. Two decks for you to enjoy after a day on the beach. It would definitely be 5 stars if it included a washer and dryer.

The goods and okays..

If there were half options on the stars my rating would be a 3.5 not a 4. But it's not quite a 3 so… first off I will say that the picture of casa de Poe do not to it justice. This place is absolutely adorable and a lot more roomy than expected. There was also and additional bunk set which gave everyone their own beds which we did not see advertised in the listing. The okays…. We checked the availability on this house up until the day of our reservation and no one was in the house at least a couple days prior to us arriving. After calling 3 times for early check in and denied all 3 times. We were very frustrated, if the house is sitting with no on one it for multiple days prior to our arrival why wasn't the house cleaned prior? Why, at 2pm we're we calling for early check in was the house still not cleaned when check in was at 4. We thought it was absolutely crazy that we weren't allowed early check in based on the circumstances. Which leads me to my next “okay”… the house really wasn't that clean.. it looked like the absolute bare minimum was done. The floors were still sandy, we found a couple dead cockroaches, the bathroom sinks were fine but the showers weren't cleaned. We also discovered we were left with not a single towel and had to call and have housekeeping bring them to us. These things should have been cleaned, the house should have been sparkling since is was supposedly cleaned within 2 hours before check in. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we had beds to sleep in. Not 100% sure if I would stay again. But I would hope the cleaning skills improve for the next guests.
