This stylish contemporary home redefines indoor-outdoor living with expansive Fleetwood doors opening onto a lush backyard, complete with a saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, and cozy patio. Each space is crafted to impress, from the floating staircase and dramatic chandelier to the gourmet kitchen designed for culinary delights.
Five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer the ultimate in comfort, including two upstairs rooms with private balconies. Whether you’re staying in one of the four queen bedrooms or the king suite, every night promises a restful experience.
The entire home has a built-in water filtration system and reverse osmosis for drinking water via a separate spigot in the kitchen. The backyard features a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated on request for an additional fee of $100/day.
A private driveway, central HVAC, and elevated amenities create a space where convenience and care are top priorities. Nonpareil Stays is also available to ensure that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
Outside, guests can also unwind on the patio by the fire pit or grill/BBQ to dine al fresco, and challenge each other to ping-pong.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $450 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($150 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee.
