The Space:
Welcome to Seaside Escape - a beautiful, high-end, spacious, 2791sqft, open-concept home on a large canal with 20,000lb electric boat lift and Gulf of Mexico access! We’ve thought of all the amenities, so all you’ll be required to do is relax, enjoy and unwind!
Inside features of our beautiful home:
- DOGS STAY FOR FREE! We are dog friendly (2 dogs each 50lbs or under - no pet fee!!!)
- 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a sleeper sofa in the flex living room area
- Spacious master bedroom with “spa like” ensuite with soaker tub, huge shower with etched glass door and his and her vanities. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet. There is a mounted safe in the closet for guests’ use.
- Flex space/2nd living area off of main living room with sleeper sofa and board games for fun family game nights!
- 3 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms (master suite and another bedroom.) There is access from pool area to a full bath.
- The Kitchen is open, spacious and stocked with all of the amenities and appliances! We have everything from a crock pot, waffle maker, crab pot, slow cooker, and, and, and! The kitchen offers high-end, stainless steel, KitchenAid appliances making it the envy of every chef!
- There is bar seating at the kitchen counter for six people and there is a 6-person dining table directly off the kitchen.
- Full laundry area with washer and dryer for our guests’ use.
- There are TV’s and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms
- We try to keep a few pantry items available for our guests’ use. We know what having flight delays/late arrivals with small children can be like. You are welcome to help yourself to pantry items. We just ask that if you take a little, please try to leave a little for the next guests.
Outside features:
- The wide, accordion, glass doors leading out to the patio/pool/lanai area makes entertaining a breeze!
- We offer a heated pool for the cooler months! We have an updated bar area on the patio which we have enhanced with an 8ft hanging shark we bought from an art gallery in Texas! Perfect vacation pic opportunities!
- Completely fenced-in, private backyard. Privacy fence on right and left side and picket fence down by the dock (allowing unobstructed views of the large canal.)
- Large, expansive dock with Adirondack seating for 4! We love enjoying a coffee or cocktail watching the sunrises and sunsets!
- 20,000lb electric boat dock! Bring your boat or rent one from one of the many local companies! We have recommendations! It is just a short, no-wake, 45 minute drive out to open water!
- WEBER gas grill
- Outdoor dining table for 6
- Lounge chairs for sunbathers or for those just wanting to relax

- 3 Kayaks with different sized life jackets in garage for your use
- Different sized bicycles and helmets in garage for your use
- Beach gear with umbrellas, chairs, and coolers
- Fishing poles and bait/tackle box

***SAFETY** PLEASE NOTE ** SAFETY*** : The use of our inground pool, Kayaks, waterways (canal systems, river, etc.) and bicycles is solely done so at the risk of the renter. No children or pets are to be left unattended at any time or anywhere at property - especially around pool area/canal systems. We have a pool gate that renters can use in garage for the safety of their toddlers/pets. We also have various sizes of life jackets and bicycle helmets that we STRONGLY RECOMMEND renters use when using our recreational devices. Owners assume NO liability for accidents or injuries during renters' stay at property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have entire premises for themselves and will be given a 4-digit number, unique to the guests, to enter the premises on check-in day.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a fantastic location near many shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We have several bikes on the property, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful family bike ride through the neighborhood or to one of the very near local establishments like/ Publix, Wawa, Target, Lowe's, Five Guys, bakeries, McDonalds, Burger King, Tropic Smoothie, Dunkin Donuts and much more!
We have driveway parking that allows space for several vehicles, and there is plenty of street parking on the street. Sorry, we do not allow parking in our garage.
