This was our second stay at the house. The home is centrally located for us to visit family in Snohomish, Redmond and Bothell. It is close to the freeways, shopping and anything else you may need yet the neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet. The sunroom is a great bonus space.

Great Stay

We were in town to run the Snohomish Marathon, this house was perfected for what we needed. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and nice and we were close to Snohomish. If ever in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property was just as described and clean. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious. We loved sitting in the solarium and talking. The cul-de-sac really puts on a loud display of fireworks (which we didn't mind). It was easy to get to Interstate 5 from the house.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and in a safe area close to all the amenities you might want. The hosts were responsive and friendly. If we are back in Everett again, we will definitely use this home agaon.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfy. Loved the solarium. Beds were comfy. The only issue we had was that the kitchen was slightly under stocked for the full dinner we had planned to cook.

Wonderful location

Communication with the host was prompt and clear with an easy check-in. The two separate living areas along with the outside space gave the 6 of us plenty of room during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the view out the back was beautiful. The only recommendations is to purchase a full size coffee pot and have a few additional linens available ( Towels and Blankets)

Perfect Family Reunion House

Our small family reunion was made even better by our stay. The home is large enough that the four of us had our own space when needed. The back patio, with a lovely fireplace and furniture, was perfect for just hanging out and talking. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked and stove is super easy to use. Overall we had a wonderful stay with all the comforts of home. Thanks Rose!

Great place for multiple groups

There’s enough space for all 6 people. Each room has its own lock for security and privacy. The solarium is a great place to gather even on cooler nights. One downside is the house abuts a school so the view is not the best.

Family Visit

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Rose communicated with us regularly before, during, and after our stay. The house is in a nice suburban cul-de-sac with an elementary school play yard in back. We spent a good amount of time in the solarium. We cooked a number of meals there, and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. There were 6 of us, with 2 cars, so it was really nice to have driveway parking for 2 vehicles without having to hunt for a parking space.

Revue of stay

Just a couple things to consider: bath mats in tubs; few more things on walls in Living Room - it kind of echos in there and feels very sterile; BBQ grill and outside seating. Also, we are very family oriented and that is why we rent a house when we visit there. We have 2 grandaughters who live there with their families and we hate to drive there so we locate where they can drive to us and visit. We felt like that couldn't happen too much with your stringent house rules. For that reason we probably would not stay with you again but it is a lovely property!!

The home is located on a cul-de-sac with lots of kids playing in the streets. The Home was clean inside and outside and was furnished with lots of comfortable furniture. The sun room was lovely. Lovely Home

A nice space for a larger group, we enjoyed the large livingroom with comfy couches and sitting in the sunroom in the evening playing a board game. Close to many stores for shopping, but in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is stocked with the basic tools and small appliances. I appreciated what I felt was a reasonable cleaning check list, I've been at places that want you to clean the house top to bottom, but this was the basics which a reasonably clean and polite person would do anyway.

Lovely home and nice quiet neighborhood

This was our yearly sibling vacation and e decided to explore our own state this time, this was the perfect location, we went north to the Ferry to the San Juan Islands and south to Seattle and all of the fun adventures there. The house was great, and yes it does need new pans, but we made it work. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
