Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, a hairdryer, and more. The Master bathroom has a tub and shower to make your stay comfortable. The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), and a coffee maker. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. The Master bedroom consists of a smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube, free of charge and ready for use! The living area is very comfy, featuring a beautiful entertainment center and a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GARAGE OR ROOFTOP IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS. Guest have full access to the entire home. Parking is in the driveway, in front of the home and on the street. I am available at any time throughout your stay. Absolutely NO moving of any furniture in the home. Taping anything on walls or furniture is also not permitted. Damage will result in an automatic $300 fine. The outdoor pool does NOT have heating capabilities. In order to better serve you. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays).
