Despite its rural setting, this peaceful retreat is mere minutes from the Interstate!

Oak and Fountain is minutes away from the City of Mobile, Mobile Regional Airport, and the University of South Alabama, and convenient to the white sand beaches of Dauphin Island!

Oak and Fountain is everything you could want!

Each unit in the newly-renovated Oak and Fountain Retreat has been professionally decorated and sleeps four guests comfortably. Located in an interior hall for your safety, the entrance to each unit has been designed to look like its own individual cottage! Inside, you will find a comfortable queen sized bed, Smart TV, Wifi, oversized shower, kitchenette, and pull-out sofa.

Each unit also has a walk-in closet and air conditioning.

With 17 units, 2 unique sitting rooms, on-site laundry, screened porch, extensive gardens, and an event venue (with commercial kitchen), Oak and Fountain is perfect for large groups, weddings, church functions, and corporate retreats. (Please enquire with host directly for availability and rates for events/total booking, any unauthorized events are subject to a fine up to but not limited to $3500)

Three fountains and multiple oak trees can be found on Oak and Fountain’s gorgeous,

landscaped, 2 acre property; perfect for a relaxing walk, formal event, or even taking a Zoom Call outdoors!

Ample on-site parking included and onsite property manager.

All properties have outdoor cameras.

You will be able to access your entire apartment unit.

1. No smoking - $500 penalty and removal from the property applies if caught.
2. No parties - You will be removed from the property if there is a party.
3. No security deposit needed if you booked via VRBO. (Security deposit is generally not required but may be required if necessary in special cases)
4. Non-refundable pet fee of $55/pet. A separate invoice will be send for the fee.

7. Check in procedure – Just enter the 4 digit code we will be sending 6 hours before your stay to access the property.
8. Check out procedure – Lock the door, send me a message before leaving, strip the bed and place that and the towels in the bathroom.
9. No candles
10. Identity verification -Accomplish our identity verification, otherwise you won’t receive the lock codes necessary to enter the property.

11. Safety - For all safety concerns (fire, excessive parties) please refer to police/local law enforcement.
12. Parties - Unauthorized parties will be subject to a fine of $500 or more.
13. Attire - Wear shirts when on our properties, there are exceptions such as if you are actively going for a run, but be mindful of making sure other guests are comfortable.
14. We have outdoor cameras.
15. For emergencies (water damage) message us directly.
16. Age restriction: Only people aged 21 and above can book this property.
