My family had a wonderful 4 night stay. My granddaughters loved the bunk room and the outdoor play set. It was a truly a great place to hang out. I loved that it was all one level and the beds were very comfortable.

We had our family reunion and it was perfect for our family. The weather was perfect for the kids to play outside. The kids had a blast with the outdoor play area and the slide in their room. What a great home! We had ages 4-79 staying at the same place and there was something for everyone. The bunk room was a hit with the kids! The house is well stocked and very comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outdoors. The host is great with communication. Check in was a breeze and all instructions were so clear and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Cleanliness was the biggest downfall of our stay. Several of the beds had linens that did not appear clean, and we ended up washing them ourselves before feeling comfortable using them. Additionally, some of the showers had visible mold to the point that we did not feel they were usable.We were also disappointed that several of the advertised amenities were not in usable condition, including the cornhole set and the putting green.I did communicate these concerns directly with management after our stay, and the response was basically “thank you for the information so we can address it”The cabin itself was beautiful. Access to the main road was convenient but still felt we had privacy away from other cabins and high traffic areas. The layout of the cabin was roomy and we had no problem sleeping 4 adults and 4 toddlers.

New Years Celebration

We had 6 adults and 10 kids stay at So Much Fawn and it was great! House is awesome, clean, and so fun for the kids! Would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful stay!

This cabin is so beautiful and fun! The kids loved the bunk room and the slide provided countless hours of enjoyment. Outdoors is full of activities - cornhole, foosball, a mini putting green, fire pit, playground, and the list goes on. Great location!

Great home!

The kids bunk room makes this place! Also it being one story was incredible for little ones so you dont have to worry about stairs or anything. Super quick response time if any needs arise as well!
