Beautiful 2 bedroom + 2 bath condo ... completely renovated in 2021! Brand new everything - kitchen, baths (expanded), flooring, beds, furniture. Tranquil location overlooking 16th fairway on Pinehurst No. 5. Walk to historic Pinehurst Resort Clubhouse and Pinehurst courses No. 1 through 5 as well as The Cradle Short Course. Historic Village of Pinehurst, with restaurants and shopping, only two miles away. Condo is minutes from 38 notable golf courses, including Pinehurst Nos. 1-9, Pine Needles, Mid Pines, Tobacco Road, and Dormie Club. Come and enjoy the unhurried pace amidst the pines.
Easy check-in and check-out. Access code and summary of condo information provided to guests 48 hours prior to stay via email. Checking-out is stress-free. We simply ask that used towels be placed in bathroom, trash and any purchased food be removed, and dirty dishes be loaded in dishwasher. That's it! We want you to enjoy your stay at "All Teed Up" as much as our family does.
RULES and DISCLOSURES
1. The supplemental VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT (enclosed herein) MUST be executed and returned to Host via email within 48 hours of booking your stay.
2. NO SMOKING. Inside or outside the condo, including the condo complex property.
3. NO ANIMALS or PETS. The Host family uses the condo frequently and suffers from severe animal allergies that cause significant health issues. Host also advertises the condo as animal-free for guests that suffer from animal related allergies. While some guests may require a service or emotional support animal for medical or mental conditions, other people, including the Host family, have debilitating medical reactions to animal dander and/or hair. The costs associated with bringing the condo back to an allergy-free condition poses an unreasonable burden, as all furniture, rugs, and curtains must be deep cleaned in order to ensure the medical safety of Host family as well as future guests. Deep cleaning must be completed between the time a guest checks out and a new guest checks in, typically a period of five hours. Given the impracticability of providing the requisite cleaning within a five-hour window, and the concomitant loss of prospective rentals coupled with extraordinary cleaning costs, the condo does not accommodate guests with service, emotional support, or companion animals. Moreover, pursuant to ADA Title III Regulations and Supplemental Information as applied to 28 CFR Part 36.104 defining "place of public accommodation", subsections (1)(ii)(B)(2-4) are inapt to the condo.
4. NO EVENTS or PARTIES. The condo is located in a quiet, residential complex overlooking Pinehurst No. 5. Guest is limited to two (2) parking spaces and four (4) individuals on premises.
5. GUEST AGE. Guest must be at least 30 years of age on the date of the Agreement.
6. OCCUPANCY LIMIT. Pursuant to Village of Pinehurst G.S. 160D-701, the total number of individuals staying in the condo during the rental term is limited to 4 GUESTS.
7. ACCESS. This is a second floor condo unit with STAIR ACCESS ONLY.
8. CAMERAS. There is an exterior camera located at the front door and on the balcony of the condo. There are no interior cameras in the condo.
9. MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY. The maximum length of stay in the condo is eight (8) consecutive days.
10. HOST CLOSET. There is a locked owner's closet in the primary bedroom that guests do not have legal access to.
Kindly review the Vacation Rental Agreement prior to booking. Violation of the Rules by an individual in the condo will result in instant removal, forfeiture of monies paid, and a fine of $1,500 for the required excessive clean-up, as well as reimbursement for any and all damages.

We are a "golf" family that fell in love with the Village of Pinehurst. We spend as much time as possible at the condo, taking advantage of its proximity to some of America's finest golf courses. The property overlooks the 16th fairway of Pinehurst No.5, and it is minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Our home is ideal for those who share our appreciation of the history and tranquility of Pinehurst.
