My family loved the Pink Cottage in Pinehurst. We were in town for the weekend for a milestone birthday for our Dad and the location of the cottage spot on for us to drive and walk around. It was perfectly located to the Village and easy drive to the Southern Pines. On Saturday, we took a short walk to see a pop vintage car show outside of the Pine Crest and then stumbled upon a sweet Farmer's Market right in the heart of the Village. Our group did not golf, but it would be a perfect location for golfers to hit up all the famous courses. Our visit included 6 people - the 2 bedrooms on the first floor with the half bath - really allowed everyone to be comfortable in the own space. The kitchen has everything you need - plates, utensils, full coffee maker, wine glasses, and mugs. The breakfast nook was cheerful to sit down at for breakfast and night time card game or two! The attic bedroom with the 2 twin beds had very cozy linens, and thee shelves outside the attic bath room were helpful to place bathroom toiletries and odds and ends. The TV room and couches are separately from the kitchen, so people can watch TV and allow other people to chit chat in the kitchen area undisturbed. No fire wood was provided for the fire pit, but we were able to enjoy the space anyways. We were there in June - bring bug spray. This is more than a cozy cottage - this is more space that expected and a lovely stay! Thank you for making our weekend more than we imagined at the Pink Cottage.
