CASA CANTO Sayulita Nuestra casa está recientemente renovada y se encuentra ubicada en barrio centro, que es un barrio con mucha vida repleto de hoteles , restaurantes, bares, tiendas, artesanías, y a tan solo una cuadra de la playa más popular.
Contamos con 10 recamaras climatizadas y repartidas de la siguiente manera: 5 recamaras king size, 2 recamaras queen size, 2 recamaras con 2 camas queen size, y 1 recamara con 2 matrimoniales, y lo mejor de todo, cada recamara tiene su baño privado con regadera.
Ademas tenemos dos Albercas (una climatizada), un area social en planta baja con cocina, un area social en planta alta (roof terrace) con palapa, cocina, sala y comedor. Y tambien cochera para dos autos.

Check in was smooth and easy. Place was clean and ready for us at arrival. Little confusion around drinking water but Host was great and communication happened fast and easy. It is a very loud town in general. And the bar across the the street rocks out till 3 am most every besides Sunday. Making the front rooms of the house noisy. Pools were cleaned daily and the mid. trip house cleaning for towels and sheets was huge. The Rooftop area were amazing for hanging out as a large group and partying on. The kitchens were well stocked and great for making your meals.

I would first like to say that the owner and his team were attentive to our needs, excellent communications, easy check-in, and very concerned to our safety and enjoyment.Location: Outstanding!!! One block from beach, one block to city center, restaurants, bars, and small grocery markets.* What comes with being so close to everything, there is late night noise, so just bring ear plugs or ear buds.House:*Roof top: The best space is the roof top area. There was plenty of room for lounging, game playing, conversation, pool, sunbathing, and happy hour. *Rooms: 10 bedrooms with 9 full bathrooms/showers. Plenty of space, and rooms were adequate. *Pool: We rented the entire house. I want to note that there was a roof top pool, and a 2 bedroom suite pool and kitchen on the lower level for all to use. 1. Roof top pool was AWESOME, and we used it everyday. It needs some cosmetic attention, however it didn't effect our fun and relaxation.*Note: Three story house, no elevator, so prepare to walk up stairs.We had an enjoyable time with friends.Thank you Alberto for letting us stay at your home!

This location is not a “5 star” any stretch. The black mold all over the property left a distinct smell and concern and in 2 rooms, no one would stay in those rooms. It is right across the street (literally) from a Karioke bar that plays at 100 decibels until past 3 am, making the front facing 5 rooms uninhabitable. 7 out of 10 of the rooms have no hot water. The unit advertised a washer and dryer and that was not available to us. Shower head fell off, door handle fell off, pools were not clean, get the picture?

House is been in the rental market for 5 years and is the first time I hear this nonsense of the mold. We have an extensive cleaning program.. About the noise, the front rooms have double windows and also double glass. Perhaps you didn’t close them

50th birthday extravaganza

Casa Canto met our expectations! It’s a very comfortable house and you can’t beat the location. It really is only one short block to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. We spent the end of most nights at the bar across the street singing Kareoke or listening to live bands. We look forward to staying there again!

Amazing proper in a great location! We had 15 friends staying here and it was fun and comfortable. Only minor complaint was the odd smell that was constant in a few of the bathrooms. Overall wonderful stay and would happily return!

Amazing weekend

Had a great time with 15 of our friends. The staff was very responsive and helped us with anything that we needed. Beautiful views of the beach from rooftop and cannot get a better location than this. Would recommend anyone with a large group that wants to be in a central location to book this place.

NOT as advertised!We were so excited to spend our Christmas holiday in Sayulita but this property was a disappointment.-Property advertised washer and dryer. We could not find these on the property, when we asked management they said they are not available for guest use. We had packed assuming we would be able to do laundry.-Pools were not heated as advertised.-AC units in 3 of the bedrooms were not working when we arrived, or broke during our stay.-shower knob was broken, so no hot water. When management “fixed” this it broke again immediately.-Microwave was broken-Overhead fans and lights did not work in all bedrooms.-Internet advertised as 50 Mbps, max we got was 5.-One of the bedrooms had a sewage smell so bad that it was inhibitable.-The coffee maker was completely full of mold. Disgusting!-Staff would randomly show up and let themselves into the property. They would use the washer and dryer (that we didn’t have access to), but we never got clean sheets or towels, so not sure what they were doing.-On check day the cleaning staff showed up at 8am (checkout was at 11am) and let themselves in. Half of the staff started cleaning around us while everyone was trying to pack and get ready to leave, and half of the staff sat at the dining room table and at their breakfast. It was very odd and super intrusive!I would caution potential renters of this property as it is in general disrepair and NOT as advertised.

This is really a shame. This is a review full of lies.... When this guest checked out I received a message mentioning silly things about the house and that if I don´t refund him 50% , he will made a very damagefull review. Of course I did not refund him and this was his review. This kind of people really damage our community and hopefully nobody receive them again as I also reported him and made the worse review over his stay... Our house is in great conditions to receive guests to have a great experience in Sayulita. (still feel so angry about this)

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my birthday. We had a blast. The house was perfect for a big group, providing common areas to mingle yet the rooms were very private. The view was nice. I would suggest to ceiling fans in the Terrace area. It gets hot and some relief would have made it even better. Loved it!

Better than the pictures!

We fell in love with this place based on the pictures, but it is even better than the pictures show. We had our family and a few friends and everyone had their own private space, but if we weren’t at the beach, we were all gathered in the rooftop area and kitchen. The rooftop was perfectly suited to our large group. The kids could play in the pool while the adults visited nearby. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and had a separate air conditioning unit. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding, comparable to the bedding in most Marriott hotels. You are in the heart of the city so be prepared for a lot of nighttime music well after midnight. We were so tired from playing in the sun so the music did not bother us. 5 stars are not enough for this amazing place!! We will be back!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Sayulita es uno de los principales destinos de playa en la Riviera Nayarit en México y actualmente está muy de moda. Además, también se ha convertido en uno de los principales sitios de surf por su confortable temperatura del agua y su adecuado oleaje que además es constante todo el año. Y para quienes gustan de actividades al aire libre, existen una gran cantidad de rutas tanto para caminar , como para andar en bicicleta, o si eres más Xtreme también lo puedes hacer en atv’s. Estamos ubicados en Barrio Centro a solo unos pasos de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas, bares y de todo el ambiente y energia por el cual Sayulita es tan popular. Y nuestra casa esta diseñada y decorada para que desde que entres se sienta y se respire el ambiente de playa. Aunque por la noche puede ser ruidoso los fines de semana. Recientemente en Marzo 2023 instalamos ventanas adicionales con cristal doble en los balcones a la calle, lo cual redujo el ruido considerablemente. Sin embargo, si eres sensible al ruido, se recomienda usar tapones para los oidos. No tenemos cancelacion por ruido
