LOCATION/BEACH AND BOATING ACCESS:
This fun-filled beach retreat is located a block from the intercoastal, within minutes to beaches, restaurants, grocery, gas station, pharmacy, car wash, liquor store, and much more!
Walk/bike or ride to Phil Foster park, under the Blue Heron Bridge, where you can do amazing snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking/paddle-boarding or just sun bathe in a clean and clear water small intercoastal beach.
If you prefer the ocean, just a bit further East from the bridge, is Singer Island/Riviera Beach Municipal Beach Park. Where you'll find miles of stunning beach, beach volleyball, playground, restaurants and shops. Another great option is to visit Peanut Island by kayak/paddle board(available for rent) or by water taxi from the Riviera Beach Marina, located just 5 min drive south of the beach house.
Own a boat? Bring it on! You may park it in the driveway and easily access the intercoastal from the Jim Berry Light Harbor Park 3 mins away off of Broadway Ave./US-1 or Phil Foster Park Boat Ramp 5 mins across the Blue Heron bridge.
The beach house is a short drive to the airport (PBI-17 min), Downtown West Palm Beach (13 min) , Palm Beach island (14 min), Palm Beach Outlets (15 min), all last three are packed with great shopping and restaurants! The Paley Institute, St Mary's Hospital & TrustBridge are only 7 minutes away.

THE HOUSE:
Casa de Playa is the perfect family, friends, couples or solo vacation and/or business retreat. Whether you come to enjoy the nearby water activities, to work remotely, take care of business or maybe even for a medical need, you'll feel at home and at ease with all the amenities you may need, at a very centric location.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS / BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Boasting three bedrooms, this house can comfortably sleep up to 7 people in total, making it an ideal space for a large family or group.
The Master bedroom offers a super comfy KING size bed with luxury linens plentiful pillows, nightstands, ceiling fan, a new 55" smart TV, work station with a desk and a chair, dresser, and a large walk in closet! Complete with a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A multiple towel hanger rack is over the door for easy towel drying.
It also has a private door to access the west side of the all-around fenced in yard, where there's a nice shaded patio, with outdoor furniture, hammock chair, and firepit!
The 2nd bedroom has a nice view of the deck located on the east side of the fenced in yard, with a QUEEN size super comfy bed, nightstands, ceiling fan, a new 40" smart tv, a dresser and ample closet, it's a perfect space for relaxation.
The 3rd bedroom is the smallest but coziest. It offers a fun arrangement with a trundle bed, with 2 twin mattresses. It has a new 40" smart TV and console, nightstand, ceiling fan, ample closet w/dresser and an oversized lounge pillow for reading or relaxing. BONUS FOR KIDS: There is a giant NEMO hiding in the closet!

These last 2 bedrooms share the renovated hallway bathroom, which features a single vanity, large mirror with bright light fixture, and a tub/shower. A multiple towel hanger rack is over the door for easy towel drying.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Wake up each morning of your stay and brew fresh coffee (provided along with sweeteners and creamer) to enjoy by the deck overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape.
Cook breakfast, lunch and dinner in the brand new and fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you may need, from spices, pots and pans, microwave, blender, toaster, plenty of dinnerware, s'mores sticks to baby feeding utensils and more! Or heat up the outdoor grill for a more sizzling experience. Enjoy meals inside at the large mahogany dining room table and/or stunning bar, or out back in your private yard.

LIVING AREAS:
Enjoy family game night or sit back and relax in the large main living room, which features a new large and super cushy couch and a new smart 55" TV with streaming capabilities.
Many table and card games are provided for endless family fun.
You may also head outside to the oversized deck overlooking the above ground pool with plenty of seating. Or lounge on the opposite side of the patio for a cozier retreat, where you'll find outdoor furniture, hammocks, and a firepit.

PATIO/YARD/POOL:
The all-around fenced in the private yard boasts three different areas filled with fun and convenient amenities. The east side features a storage shed with bikes, extra lounge chairs, and ALL the beach gear you may need. You are also welcome to store your scuba diving/snorkeling gear while you stay. There are 2 hanging racks and an expandable long hose to rinse all your snorkeling/diving/beach gear or to even wash your boat! Also, a full-size bbq/gas grill with all the utensils and a convenience tray table. Next to it is the oversized open deck with outdoor marble table for up to 6, with 4 large comfy outdoor chairs w/cushions, umbrella and 3 extra chairs.
The back yard its a fun and safe space for children to play in the above ground 4ft deep pool(children must be accompanied by an adult at all times/swim at your own risk), mini basketball hoop, kids table and mini bowling rug.
It also has a quiet corner with a hammock to kick your shoes off and relax.
Lastly, is the west side secluded and shaded patio, under beautiful trees, with outdoor seating, a hammock chair, and a firepit for cozy nights.

Just ask, and we will have it ready for you!
