Serena Beautiful Heated and chilled Pool home sleeps 8
The Serena House is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom pool home that accommodates up to 8 guests. The floorplan is an open concept where everyone can relax and mingle. The updated kitchen is set up to stay in and make a meal to enjoy while going over the day's events. The large granite island is perfect to sit around where you can catch everything that is taking place. Watch the kids in the pool, or lounge on the cozy sofa to catch a movie or maybe do a little gaming. All 3 bedrooms are comfortably appointed and have a TV. When you step outside to the immaculate manicured yard you will find an outdoor oasis! Sit poolside in one of the sun loungers and have an ice-cold beverage. The pool looks so inviting to just float in and soak up the sun! An extra dining area is located out of the sliding doors and is screened in for your enjoyment. Indian Rocks Beach is just over 3 miles away and you can sink your toes into the white sands of the Gulf!

The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, farm style Sink, Toaster, Keurig dual coffee maker, and 2 kitchen island bar stools. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Large dining table that seats 6.
Living Room: Sofa sleeper, loveseat, 2 end tables, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the screened-in lanai.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Step-in shower and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, mirror, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #3: Full-size bed, Twin-size bed, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.
Garage: Full-size washer/dryer and sink.
Outdoors: Screened in lanai with dining table and 4 chairs, drying rack, heated pool, 4 sun loungers, and a gazebo.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces, one in the garage and two in the driveway. No grass or street parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
