The Serena House is a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Pool Home that accommodates 8 guests. The Floorplan is open concept where everyone can relax and mingle. The updated Kitchen is set up to stay in and make a meal to enjoy while going over the days events. The large granite island is perfect to sit around where you can catch everything that is taking place. Watch the kids in the pool, or lounge in the cozy sofa to catch a movie or maybe do a little gaming. All 3 Bedrooms are comfortably appointed and have a TV. When you step outside to the immaculate manicured yard you will find an Outdoor Oasis! Sit poolside in one of the sun loungers and have an Ice cold Beverage. The pool looks so inviting to just float in and soak up the sun! An extra Dining area is located out the sliding doors and is screened in for your enjoyment. Indian Rocks Beach is just over 3 miles away and you can sink your toes into the white sands of the Gulf!
