Hop in for a quick drive to Yosemite and all the beautiful sights the sierras have to offer. If you'd prefer to stay local, take an early morning stroll and enjoy the serene Pine Mountain Lake. Wander around the historic mountain town of Groveland, and then head back for a round of golf or sit and gaze at the stunning view, take some time for you!

Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Don't want to go out? There is everything you need, Nespresso coffee, tea, breakfast supplies, treats, and more.

The Space
Two bedrooms on the top floor, with a large common area, great room. One bedroom and play room downstairs. Large wrap-around deck on first floor and a lower small deck.

The whole house is well ventilated, and comes with airconditioning. All rooms have small portable fans and windows with mesh to cool down the house quickly and naturally.

Fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic outdoor seating.

After hiking through Yosemite or floating down a river, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access and live TV via Youtube TV and WiFi. Or pour some hot cocoa and gather around the Great Room’s gas fireplace, looking out the windows at the expansive landscape. It’s especially idyllic when snow is falling softly!






Heading Into Town
The house feels just the right amount of secluded, you’re still only 2-3 miles away from town.

If you’re visiting during the summer, the golfing is fantastic, with Pine Mountain Golf Course walking distance away. Groveland also has plenty of options for dining, bar-hopping, and quaint coffee shops—it really is the quintessential mountain town. And the house is the ideal home base for exploring the vast beauty of this special place! We hope to see you soon.

OTHER NOTES

Please keep in mind that the stairs to the down floor are very steep. You may need to bring a baby gate to keep little ones safe.

There is two parking spot in the driveway for your exclusive use, and more parking off the street right infront of the house.

TRASH and RECYCLABLES: Please separate trash and recyclables so they can be disposed off appropriately. Trash disposal is expensive in the mountains. If you have more than 2 bags of trash and more than 2 bags of recyclables, please ask main gate on how to dispose off. Excessive garbage may result in additional charges. More than 2 bags of each trash and recyclables is considered excessive garbage.
