Enjoy your own private walkway to the sandy shores of Topsail Beach. A soothing hot tub on the covered deck is a relaxing treat. And with the beach as your backyard, you're sure to have a great time here!

The spacious living room will be the family's favorite place to hang out. There are plenty of coordinated sofas and chairs with room for everyone to spread out. Plus, all TVs in the house are smart/Roku TVs. Please utilize your own accounts to watch what you like. There are also some books, board games, and movies to utilize. The open-concept kitchen is a real treat for the family chef. Complete with wood floors, granite counters and cool white cabinets and appliances, this space has everything you'll need for a simple snack to a gourmet meal. A chrome vent hood over kitchen island seating is an elegant touch. The formal dining room sits behind a wall of windows overlooking the ocean.

A wide oceanfront deck is complete with plenty of lounge furniture and a large hot tub from which to drink in that incredible view. There's nothing better than sitting outside with the ocean breeze through your hair and the sun warming your skin. The sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore always bring a sense of peace and calm. This covered deck has a ceiling to catch and divert water away so you can still enjoy the area during wet weather.

A great second living space downstairs features a leather sectional, a smart TV with a BluRay player, and a bar area. There is also a game room with a pool table, foosball table, Ping-Pong table, dart board, bar area with stools, full-sized fridge, and a smart TV. Additional highlights include a baby gate, Pack 'n Play, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a washer/dryer. With its wonderful features, oceanfront location, and two separate living spaces, this is an ideal family vacation home.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
