A truly spectacular property! Spanning from ocean to sound, you've got all the best benefits of both locations - gorgeous unobstructed ocean view with access just steps away and your own private deep-water canal dock. In addition to frolicking in the surf, sunbathing on the beach, and fishing in the sound, you can enjoy the privacy of your own private pool and hot tub.

The ground level presents your backyard paradise, with a fenced yard overlooking the canal and your in-ground pool with a fun slide. Plenty of sun loungers make this a perfect spot to soak up the rays, and covered dining tables provide a lovely alfresco dining spot.

The garage level has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, Pop-A-Shot basketball, plus a 70' TV and lounge. A convenient bath is also on this level.

From the sunset deck on the canal to the covered and open decks overlooking the ocean, the second level has it all. On one deck, you will find the hot tub, with stunning views of the sunset on the sound. The front deck overlooks the beach, and the additional two overlook the sound. An additional dining table can be found here. The living room is a most welcoming space - a large sectional and coordinating side chair evoke a playful love of the sea with stars and sailboats. Abundant natural light streams in from a window over the sofa and an ocean-view sliding glass door behind. A large TV completes the look in this room. Get your game on at the regulation-size pool table underneath a Tiffany-style lamp and in front of a wood stove and gorgeous exposed stone wall. The kitchen is simply a work of art, with stunning oak cabinets, dramatic black granite counters, patterned ceramic tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances all working together to create a space any chef would be thrilled to claim. A formal dining table, center island, and breakfast bar with unique pendant lights provide convenient seating. A lively and colorful enclosed sun porch is a lovely place to relax with a good book or your iPad or enjoy a meal while overlooking the canal. This level also sports a private deck overlooking the canal and a full bath.

On the third floor, two primary bedrooms each feature a spacious retreat, with a TV, private oceanfront decks, and en suite baths. Three more bedrooms each feature lovely coordinating decor and access to a canal-view deck perfect for cocktail hour - enjoy the sunset and watch the ships sail by. These three bedrooms share a hall bath.

The kids will love the fourth-floor loft, complete with an Xbox 360 with games. This floor also has a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
