The Little Dachita is perched above the Pacific Ocean at Bournes Landing, west of Highway 1. You'll be surrounded by whitewater ocean views -- in your king bed, in the swivel egg chairs, outdoors in your private hot tub, and even in the luxurious ocean-view shower.

Things to know:

✅ You'll be about 5-10 minutes from Gualala village and Sea Ranch.
✅ The hot tub is professionally serviced before each guest's stay.
✅ A dedicated parking space is provided.
✅ There is one other building on the property which may be occupied, but your spaces are entirely private and you will likely not interact with the other occupants.
✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
✅ For your safety, there are security cameras on the parking area and entrance path. There are no cameras in the loft or hot tub area.
✅ The ground leading from parking to the loft can be uneven and the walkways are gravel. Also, entry to the loft requires climbing a flight of stairs.
