We appreciate your feedback about the grill and fire pit the HOA did require them to be removed, We’ll review our listing and photos to ensure they set clear expectations, and we’ll also explore adding those amenities in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during your stay. While we strive to make every guest’s visit seamless, we’d like to address a few of the concerns you mentioned for clarity: The outside entry light is on a timer, so unfortunately it isn’t something we can manually adjust during your stay. We also don’t have control over construction materials in the surrounding area, though we understand that can be an inconvenience. Regarding the TV, we do provide detailed instructions in the guest binder, there is live cable service and streaming options. When you reported being locked out, we sent maintenance immediately to confirm the door code. They verified the original code provided was still active and working, and no changes had been made. We’re sorry for the trouble this caused and glad our team was able to quickly assist. We understand that dusty conditions and outdoor surfaces can be especially challenging during stretches of hot, dry weather in the mountains, and we’ll continue to do our best to stay on top of that. We also appreciate your notes on the furnishings, as we’re always updating items to keep the property comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback.

We are so sorry to hear of the issue upon arrival with the cleaning crew still in the unit. I didn't know of that until reading your review. The New Year Holiday is one of the busiest days of the year and traffic can be extremally difficult that day, not that that makes it okay at all, just trying to find an explanation of poor timing. I am happy to know the rest of your stay was good in the condo. We hope we can make it up to you next time!
