To help protect the property during your stay, a refundable security authorization hold may be required.



The authorization hold amount varies based on the category and type of property reserved and will generally range from $500 to $2,000. The applicable authorization hold is processed on the day of arrival.

An authorization hold is not a charge. The funds are temporarily authorized on the payment method provided and, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, missing items, violations, or other amounts due under the reservation agreement, the hold will be released within 5 to 15 days following departure. Please note that the timing for the funds to become available after release may vary depending on your financial institution.



Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit instead of an authorization hold. When a security deposit is required and collected for the reservation, an additional authorization hold will generally not be necessary.



By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable security deposit and/or authorization hold requirements associated with your stay.



**This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.



Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.



Below are compliance statements that the Lauderdale by the Sea requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:



1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.



2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.



3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.



4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

Yacht Charter & Water Activities can pick up at the home dock but MUST get Host Approval. No unauthorized vendors are allowed on the property.
